I am surprised to see your negative feedback as, throughout your stay, you would tell me how much you enjoyed your stay. For the future, no matter where you are staying please report any maintenance to give the business an opportunity to rectify any issues. Unfortunately, over busy peak times, the internet infrastructure on Phillip Island isn't equipped to handle the pressure, and the interference with the TVs was beyond our control, as offered to our guests we happily hired DVDs at no charge. We are sorry these issues affected your stay however, unfortunately, some things are beyond our control. Please be assured, we don't play "favourites" or push people back in the queue. The guest had ordered her coffee earlier, however, it was very busy and she came back to collect her order. I hope you and your family have a great holiday.
