Corlette Retreat is a spectacular large four-bedroom waterfront holiday property located in a quiet residential street in the well sought after area of Corlette.

Corlette Retreat is located upstairs, as soon as you walk through the door you will be amazed at the fantastic outlook and size of the open plan floor design. It is perfect for the extended family getaway as we also manage the downstairs property 'Corlette Waterfront' therefore having enough bedding for 16 people between both properties.

Large open plan living area with vaulted ceilings, split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, large TV and DVD player, the bonus of having floor to ceiling windows to enhance the stunning water views. In the centre of the home is where you will find the huge outdoor entertainers alfresco dining area, perfectly designed with all glass doors and panels to allow you to still see the water views from this area, there is also a Weber Q gas BBQ available so you can cook up a storm and enjoy the beautiful landscape and water views.

The fully equipped galley style kitchen has a dishwasher, induction cook top, microwave and full cooking facilities and the convenience of having a powder room near the living area makes life easy.

The master bedroom has stunning water views, this room is located away from the other bedrooms and provides an ensuite with a bath, shower, toilet and vanity, there is also a ceiling fan and access to the front balcony so the natural sea breeze can flow straight through.

Three more bedrooms and the main bathroom are located on the other side of the huge outdoor area, all these bedrooms have ceiling fans and two have access to the road front balcony. The main bathroom has a shower, toilet, and vanity.

The internal laundry has a front loader washing machine and dryer, the property provides a double garage with remote control and extra parking available in the driveway for another vehicle.

The House with only a view
If you want to wake up with a view this is the one! If you want to lounge around while facing the view this is the one! If you like to have ants as you company in the kitchen, bedroom, family room and bath this is the one! If you like to smell bad odour while trying to sleep this is the one! If you like to be squashed up in the middle of the mattress bed, choose bedroom 3 If you think there is 2 king singles in bedroom 4 as mentioned in Stayz you are mistaken there is only 1 If you like to use the nice clean frypan provided well think again it doesn’t work on the induction cook top just admire how clean and new it looks On rainy days enjoy the dripping waterfall in the hallway, oh! Don’t forget to put a bucket under it While in the bathrooms if you need to throw your cotton bud, toiletry, hair or any nasty thing you have to walk to the kitchen and use the bin there, most convenient! If you want to enjoy a small amount of water from the shower head this is the one! If you like the old charm look in the bathrooms this is the one But I must say thank you for providing board games and netflix for those rainy days And I do say it was relaxing watching the birds that come for a feed as the boats sail and sun sets, enjoy your stay!
