The breakfast was good although the bread is missing in the dish for complete the typical gallo pinto. I do not like the costume service of Jeidy Porras I think he is the owner’s son, when we requested additional towel and blanket he was not nice and complaint too much about our request. He needs more costumer service training. "

"This was the most beautiful, most relaxing, and friendliest place ever. All the staff were so kind and welcoming. Upon checking in, the staff had drinks and towels for us. They showed us to our room and explained how organic and eco friendly everything was. Our room was private with a patio that had a hammock. The pools were clean and relaxing. Not crowded. The food was delicious, they were constantly feeding us. It rained during our trip but it was still so relaxing and we were still able to squeeze in a lot. We did horse back riding, hiked the property on our own, swam. Everything was clean. The staff were so kind and always made sure we were taken care of. I would come back again for a longer stay! "

"Wow, it’s a great gem. Asked for the upgrade and got it. Room was immaculate. Pool was clean and they are renovating the hot tub/spa area. That will be amazing and like new in a couple of weeks. Food was outstanding also."
