Very convenient. Some areas of property need maintenance including the gardens but room was well presented. Bed was a bit bouncy rather than firm.

The staff Mr. Wang is very hospitable, and he motel is quiet with beautiful garden. Fast hot water, with good location in south australia, less 1 hour drive to Mt Gambier. Also good price with all accessible facilities, surrounding by winery

We only chose this place as it advertised a pool when we booked. The pool was emptied 2 years ago, so no pool. Very misleading. On the plus side, the rooms were quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Location is central to most wineries.

This property is not what is represented in the promotion. Room was quite spacious and comfortable. Grounds are not being maintained, pool was empty in summer! BBQ did not work and very dirty. This property is now not being maintained to what it once was.

This place was dirty and full of bugs, flies and various creepy crawlies. Also they didn't clean the rooms on the days we stayed there. On arriving, our first stop was the Foodland hardware aisle to buy big spray, a fly swatter and various other knickknacks to help manage the bug infestation. The breakfast room was an even worse travesty. This is a property that would have some potential if the owner were willing to invest in doing up the place and keeping it clean!

The location was fabulous to explore the Coonawarra. The grounds need a lot of attention as the lawns were severely overgrown and the whole place needed a good clean-up

We stayed here 10 years ago and it was fantastic. Large spacious and well designed rooms facing into a very large garden area. Whilst the rooms are affordable and still spacious with mini cooking facilities, the whole property is shabby and not maintained. Garden badly overgrown, weeds through paths, couldn’t see through filthy windows, badly in need of paint and carpet cleaning. Looks like management needs to lift their game!

Pluses - spacious rooms and quiet. Great location. Minuses - Room not serviced (but SMS on third day offering an afternoon service). Grounds not maintained with broken and dirty outdoor furniture. Empty swimming pool badly in need of maintenance. Only one wine glass and no corkscrew but a ‘display’ of empty bottles. This place is well past its heyday and definitely no more than a three star rating.

We have stayed at this property several times over the past few years. We were shocked at how the property has declined since we were last there in 2020. Gardens used to be beautifully manicured - it was so disappointing to see how they have been let go, with weeds everywhere, unkept paths/driveways etc. Curtain track in our room was broken so it was difficult to close the curtain properly. Disappointing, tired facilities for the price we paid. We will find somewhere else to stay in future.

The room and linen were clean, which was good. However, I was put in a room nowhere near any other guests, which as a single older woman did make me feel unsafe. Also, there were no teabags or milk provided at all.

I have reserved and paid for a luxury unit which states that it has " deep bath". At the unit found it had no bath at all. Water tap was leaking all night , dripping! Otherwise, Happy with the host and check in.
