Relax and unwind on the verandah and listen to the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore, with the beach no less than 50m away. The open plan living / dining area ensures that you will holiday in comfort at 'Periwinkle'. Reverse-cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout will allow you to holiday in comfort no matter the time of year. Unlimited Wi-Fi for your remote working holiday or to keep you connected during your stay.
The recently renovated kitchen boasts stunning smart stone bench tops, brand new Bosch appliances and fully equipped with all your cooking needs, right down to the dishwasher. Relax on the comfortable lounge and browse through channels on the smart TV, or step out onto the balcony overlooking the native bush leading to the sand dunes of the pristine Sawtell Beach, which is patrolled throughout the year.

The beds are extremely comfortable and is a step away from the functional and clean bathroom. Shared external laundry with washing machine and dryer, provides you with the convenience of home.

Great location
There is only one negative is that the flat smelt very stale. Everything else was great, comfortable bed, lots of kitchen gear if you need to cook. Plus waking up to birds & the surf across the road.

We spent six nights at this lovely unit. It is really well equipped with more than is needed. Quality inclusions for a beachside apartment. We swam walked and rode our bikes around Sawtell and loved the village. Also went to the cinema and was surprised at the number of people there!!
