The downstairs area features a Queen bed, comfortable living area with leather chaise lounge, flat screen TV, private paved courtyard and bathroom. Upstairs you will find a Queen bedroom with a private balcony, another bedroom with two single beds and a modern, spacious bathroom and separate toilet.

The sleek, modern kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and dining table for six. A flat screen TV in the spacious and comfortable lounge area leading out to a sunny balcony which runs the length of the dining and living areas. The internal laundry is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Quality furnishings and fittings with clean, modern lines.

Situated half a block from Sawtell's beautiful patrolled beach and also a quick, easy stroll along the main street First Avenue lined with historic fig trees where you'll find Sawtell's award winning restaurants, cafes and hotel, RSL Club, and boutiques. Single lockups garage with internal access. All quality linen is supplied for your comfort, feel free to bring along your own beach towels.

Five friends have had a lovely getaway once more . Stayed here last year and enjoyed the location so much we returned this year ...knew the weather wouldn’t be kind but did not deter us having a great stay . Very pleased with the accommodation.

Beautiful Sawtell
Fabulous experience for my fathers 90th Birthday the accommodation was great and the location was excellent walk to town and beach. Taste restaurant is top class l can't fault it !!! The French bakery has excellent baguettes, coffee and lemon tarts. A terrific place to stay

Lovely town house. Walk everywhere
2 storey townhouse. Downstairs like a studio with lounge tv, queen bed, courtyard. Own bathroom. Upstairs two bedrooms, living dining and kitchen. Very well appointed with everything you need. Would suggest putting in a coffee machine but you can walk down to local coffee shops. Beach is just minutes away via back lane access. The kiosk sells great meals, coffee and drinks. Lovely spot to stay.

Was close to shops and beach , was a top location. Disappointed with cleanliness of property. Hair all over bathroom floors and quite dirty under and around lounge upstairs. No products provided to clean with, my partner went and purchased a squeegee mop and pine o clean to clean the floors. (As mop provided you couldn’t squeeze it out) Only one dishwasher tablet provided! So could only do one wash in dishwasher. No shampoo or conditioner available and only two tiny soaps. Was just missing the final touches that should of been available
