"This was our second stay here and it even exceeded the first. A beautiful historic building right in the center of all the action. Staff is always friendly, accommodations are clean and parking (which is notoriously difficult in Newport) is great. Thanks again. Will be back!"

Perfect location for the marathon

"We stayed for the marathon which staged the start/finish line very close to the hotel. So for that, it was perfect. It was not beach weather but I assume that during summer, you could walk to the beach. It is a very simple hotel. We were upgraded to a larger room so couldn’t check in on the app. Our room was fine. Plenty of space. It was a little noisy in the evening because our room was right behind the front desk. But the folks were great and the service was wonderful. I would stay again"
