"My stay was fabulous! The staff were the best I've experienced friendly, positive and helpful young people. I have stayed at many many hotels. This my favourite. The whole complex was clean. The facilities were great. I love the concept of a hot/chilled tap in the corridor. Also free unlimited tea/coffee from the "General Store". Great to have cocktails in the sitting area. Don't get me wrong, not everything was perfect. My tv went wrong and one morning the hot/chilled tap didn't work. But none of this was an issue. They fixed the TV despite me saying its not a problem as I have everything on my phone and getting water was easy, just went to the "General store". The bed was sooooo comfortable and linen just perfect. I will be back when I visit my son and I cannot wait to stay with you again."

"A really well designed hotel with stylish interior of bedrooms, bathroom and communal space. I didn't find the bed that comfy but the other 5 in my group slept well.... not in my bed tho! Snacks available really late. Good variety for breakfast. Really friendly, helpful staff. A really good experiece."
