Room smell like someone is smoking in there. I asked the receptionist if i could change the room. They said they would call me back after 3pm and let me know when the next room was available but they didnt call me at all. Very disappointed

Staff is super nice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The room had everything you needed except a microwave. Highly recommend this place, However this place does not have an area downstairs where you can buy water, Tylenol, snacks etc.

The hotel is nice if you’re a local and want a quick get away. The service upon check in wasn’t that friendly. It took forever for your request to come through. The room was nice, decent size. But very small for a suite.

Never and very clean. Staff were polite and friendly. Would have been nice to have room refrigerator stocked with water during stay and a microwave in the room.

All the restaurants, convenient stores, Target, Walgreens are near by and pretty neat area. Chicago station of Brown line was a couple of blocks away. I was expecting that L'Occitane amenities, but it was different ones, when it's snow outside, I couldn't watch TV, movies or anything because their antenna is on rooftop which makes me disaapointed. Night view from the room was great though.

My husband and I spent the night at the Godfrey last night. We opted for the self-parking option in their parking garage as it is manual, and we wanted to avoid damage. The car we just bought was broken into and attempted to be stolen. After finding our car vandalized, we went to the front desk, where they advised we were not liable and gave us the phone number of the parking attendants. The parking attendants then informed me they weren't liable. They didn't even comp us for the $50, some odd dollars for parking. It's been a hassle at the Godfrey!
