I did not stay there because I was told by security management shout down the building which my family I was able too check in our room, he would not allow us to speak with any one else about the matter (ALL OVER A FACE MASK) ruined my night.. I try calling front desk no one would answer I WOULD NEVER EVER SEND ANY ONE TO THIS PLACE

The area is perfect. If you are flying in from Midway airport, you can take the train and it will drop you off in front! But stafflooks like they hate their job and the rooms aren’t the cleanest. If you are looking for so where to stay for an affordable price and convenient location , this place is perfect. But if you’re looking for a nice room , cleaning services and nice staff ... lookin elsewhere!

not terrible
the location was fantastic, and the building itself is beautiful. the room was fine, nothing special. the tv in my room would not work, and I was never able to connect to the wifi because I was given the wrong passwords multiple times. I ran out of toilet paper in my bathroom and called the front desk, and they said they would be sending someone up. about 2 hours later I called again to see how much longer it would be, and the guy at the front desk was surprised that no one had come yet, and said he would tell them again. five and a half hours after my initial call I decided to go downstairs and just ask in person, and again the guy at the desk was shocked that no one had come
