"Nice hotel but bathtub is terrible"
We stayed 3 night pool access room last week, the room is nice and relax, but when we want to take a bath in the bathtub, we found that the bathtub is quite dirty, we try to fill some hot water to clean up the dirt, but the bathtub still quite dirty, we can't accept to use it further. I think hotel really need to improve the hygiene issue. For the staff, most of the staff is nice but not detail minded, when we tell the reception we will have day tour on the next day, and request to help us to prepare a breakfast box, they rejected to do it for us, and suggest us to go earlier and prepare the breakfast ourselves. For my exp., a nice hotel will help us for it even we didn't request for it. For the spa, the therapist's massage technique is good but not detail-minded too. eg.we did the spa in a couple room, they didn't use a scarf to cover when we turn around the body

"A little old but still cozy"
We stayed in Imperial Mae Ping Hotel for two nights. The hotel is grand and the staff there are quite professional. There is a lovely garden and a swimming pool. However, the facilities in the room seem a little bit old, and it is hard to find enough electric sockets to recharge your mobile devices. We love their breakfast a lot, and there are several restaurants serving various choices of flavor. It is convenient to visit the night bazaar and local markets. Generally, it is a pleasant stay.

"good location"
The hotel was in a good location for markets and eateries. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was reasonable. We had a technical problem in one room and we were upgraded without requesting. The rooms were clean and tidy and relatively spacious. The old city is not too far away. All in all we had a reading experience both at this hotel and Chiangmai itself

"Chiang Mai oasis "
Very nice hotel away from the bustle of the city centre. Lanna style was well done and very much appreciated. River setting is beautiful. Pool is very nice and the entire hotel is well-maintained, but only as expected for a highly rated resort. Spa was excellent and masseuse Elle provided the best massage ever delivered to this guest. Included breakfast had adequate options from both east and west.

"Great hotel but some rooms very noisy."
The welcome we received in the Kasara lounge at the Anantara Chiang Mai was second to none, and I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and I score this welcome 10 out of 10. The first suite we had was adjacent the road junction and the construction site (their new serviced apartment building). This would be fine but as the hotel is open to the elements it meant the room was very noisy from very early in the morning. We moved to a suite nearer the river and peace and calm were restored. It is a great hotel with great staff (especially the gent who looks after the pool area - a genuine big smile and great service at all times) and good facilities (gym is first class too). The food is worth the expense as it is fantastic. Breakfast was sometimes a little overwhelmed by people and staff were stretched. The only other niggle was having to log in to the wifi pretty much every time you moved although it worked well once you'd put your passwords in, again. Overall I have to agree with everyone's reviews and would score the Anantara Chiang Mai a 9 out of 10.

"Amazing stay!"
We couldn't be more pleased with our stay. Ranks in one of the top choices for resorts we have visited. Our villa was amazing, lovely bed, outdoor shower, outdoor jacuzzi tub, private pool, little touches at turndown such as a small jewelry box or candy treats were nice as well. All staff was amazingly friendly and warm, I miss them already! Bikes were a great amenity and we very much enjoyed riding around the beatiful property at a leisurely pace, warmly greeted by every employee we crossed paths with. Breakfast buffet was outstanding and again, service was a 5/5. We had amazing spa treatments and attended the cooking class that was a highlight of a great stay. Definitely a glowing recommendation from us!!

"A home away from home"
I can't begin to express how grateful I am to all of the staff from Siripanna. My partner and I arrived unwell and they went well beyond the call of duty in order to make our stay comfortable like it was our home away from home. We went to hospital and they ensured to always have someone by our side. When we returned, they had soup and tea waiting for us and a beautiful bunch of flowers to enjoy in our room. At all times the staff were truly amazing. The hotel itself is really lovely and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious. I will be back!
