Great condition and great amenities at a good price and all close to the centre. Parking can get filled up so would be useful to be able to book it in advance in future.

Brilliant location and lovely friendly staff. Perfect for what we needed and the added bonus of the kitchen area. Will definitely look at using this Hotel chain again.

The location being so close to the centre of Chester, and the view overlooking the racecourse was very good. The housekeeping was very poor though, no beds were made, towels only changed once, and no washing up done of cups etc over three days is very poor !!

Perfect location, perfect accommodation
Having stayed at other Roomzz we didnt feel we could go wrong, and it was the same high standard. Perfect spot for the town centre, with on site parking. Rooms are spacious, comfy bed and every amenity you could need. Bathroom had an amazing shower. The complimentary tea/coffee in reception 24/7 was great as were the free pastries in a morning. Staff were friendly and polite. Would definitely stay here again

Good stay overall. Comfortable, clean, well equipped. Free croissant for breakfast a nice touch. Only complaint was that the room was too hot for us and turning down the heating didn’t make much difference.

Excellent location for the racecourse and city centre. We had a free upgrade to a penthouse which was a nice surprise and our apartment was lovely and had a balcony. We’ve stayed here a few times before and will definitely be staying again in the future.

Great location for racecourse
This was a perfect location for Chester Marathon, indeed anything on the racecourse. Spacious room with perfect kitchen area for those who like me need a special diet they are unlikely to get in a restaurant. Comfortable and clean, and whilst very close to racecourse, excellent double glazing and air con so any noise stays outside. Staff were tremendous, but if you have stayed before note that the previous supplied breakfast is slimmed sown now to just croissants.

Very nice stay
Overall a good stay. It was clean upon arrival the cleaners do a very good job. The kitchenette was inaccurate even the inside of the dishwasher and microwave was spotless. They provide everything you’d ever need in there and even dishwasher tablets which saves you having to wash up. The bed was relatively comfortable, pillows was not the best for me and gave me neck pain in the morning but I might just be fussy with pillows. The staff was friendly, opening doors for customers and even offered to move his car as we’d paid for parking, been out for the day, come back and the car park was full. They have a tea / coffee / hot chocolate machine that is free to use and can use it as many times as you want. In the morning they do offer a range of yogurts, fruits, juices, and pastries to take which I really thought was a nice touch from the hotel but unfortunately when we stayed the oven wasn’t working to cook the pastries which was a shame really. The negatives I’d say is the car park, we paid a lot of money to stay there for the weekend - I don’t think it’s then necessary to charge us £10 per night to use the car park. It’s very small and cramped a lot of spaces on but that’s just my opinion.

Nice little night away
We have stayed here a few times before. Perfect location and brilliant hotel. Staff on the front desk were polite, very helpful and they gave us a free upgrade to a penthouse suite which was unexpected but very much appreciated. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

Great stay!
Lovely apartment which has everything we needed. We arrived later (approx. 8pm) and still managed to get a parking space on a Friday which was great, and reasonable for £10. As we had a baby I asked for a cot and high chair which were provided and also asked to be in a quieter part of the building (as other reviews mentioned noise) and we had no issues whatsoever. Thanks for a great stay.

Friendly person on reception, great to be able to use the free hot drinks machine at any time, nice breakfast bits could take up to the room, really handy for historic town centre, cute little kitchen area, nice shower, welcome air con. Parking spaces seemed too small for large cars.

Great city centre hotel
Great location, easy access to the city centre, very quiet. Had everything we needed, the kitchen was a huge bonus. Only downside was that the aircon in the room had been switched off at the fuse board in cupboard above microwave and only discovered this next morning on day of check-out. Would certainly stay here again though 🙂

An ideal base from which to fully embrace Chester
We had a very pleasant short stay at ROOMZZZ. Staff were friendly and nothing was to much trouble. The hotel is positioned perfectly for the city centre, with everything Chester has to offer. Ideal for passionate race goers also. It allowed us to explore Chester far more than we have ever done before...
