"I'm so glad I chose to stay at this hotel. Excellent on every single aspect and I honestly can't really think of anything negative. Room is very clean and cosy and has a great view of the main road and IFS. Staffs are super friendly, professional and responsive. Breakfast and the lounge happy hour awesome!!! If I ever come to Chengdu again (I definitely will it's such a great city!), I will for sure stay at Grant Hyatt Chengdu again!"

"Wonderful hotel, we stayed in the club suite, absolutely gorgeous. The club restaurant is nice, decent food, good wine great service. The signature Chinese restaurant on the 26th floor is just average, not worth the price and the effort. "

"It is on the border of the 3rd ring therefore not close to city centre such as Taikooli but metro is close by and taxi is very cheap so going to city centre is not a problem. Nearby there's also a big mall with plenty of food choices plus a very good supermarket. I had a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms, very happy with the space, daily housekeeping is an added bonus. Overall a modern hotel with good service. 👍 "
