"Really nice hotel in a great area of Baltimore. Excellent views with a pristine lobby. The staff accommodated us with a rollaway bed so my husband, son and I could each have our own bed. The bathroom is well stocked and very clean. We were within walking distance of Camden yards so an excellent location. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Staff were professional, respectful, helpful, friendly and polite. Property was also to our expectations. Only slight/minimal comment we had was the curtain/blinds in our room (411). It was uneven and lose on one side (left side) so it was bulking (opening)."

"Very clean hotel in a great location particularly for our visit to see a concert at Pier 6. Was able to walk to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Felt safe and could walk along the water for some nice views. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Had a happy hour from 4 to 6 with 2 free drinks, so we sat in the spacious lobby on a comfortable sofa and had a couple of drinks and really enjoyed ourselves. Over all just a nice hotel in a great location. Parking next to the hotel at a cost, but very convenient. We parked once and then walked to everything we wanted to do. I would recommend staying there to anyone visiting the inner harbor or staying over night to check out the city. Just a recommendation, the beds are comfortable, but the pillows are bulky. No problem having some like that but some flatter ones in the room for those who do not like to have their necks at a severe angle would be great. We would stay there again, but probably bring our own pillows. "

"Can't say enough about the kind, helpful, very friendly staff! Great location. Doing well at keeping an aging property clean and attractive. My room was very comfortable and well appointed, except there was a rip in a lampshade and the toilet leaked. Pool area seriously needs cosmetic improvement; clean skylights, paint, find a better way to cover non-functional hot tub, nicer plants and decor. (discussed all this with staff on site). Fantastic view from restaurant diminished by VERY dirty windows. However, excellent experience and I would highly recommend."
