The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was large. It was great to have a washer/dryer. The porch and view of the city was great. Everything of interest to a tourist in Melbourne was within easy walking distance.

The Adina Apartment Hotel was perfect for our stay with wonderful accommodations, great location, beautiful view, and very helpful and friendly staff who were quick to respond to all my questions before our visit. We booked the Premier 2 bedroom apartment (Garden/Southbank view) which was very nice, well maintained, and perfect for the 5 of us especially since it had 2 bathrooms.

The Apartment and location was fantastic. Unfortunately both lifts were out of action resulting in having to climb stairs. Things do happen, however the situation was handled extremely poorly by the staff as I had my elderly mother of 89 years. No apology no offer to assist. When paying good money and the lifts don't work management need to go the extra mile. Pity anyone on the 17th floor.
