Resort-Style Beach Front Accommodation

Resort-style accommodation in the beautiful seaside town of Ledge Point. This well presented 3 bedroom Villa has all the comforts of home including air-conditioning and would suit families wanting to get away from it all.

The village boasts swimming pool-open from 23/09/2023, tennis courts, table tennis (rackets & Balls are to be supplied by guests) and games room (MUST REGISTER WITH CARETAKER @ UNIT 10) The village is located right on the beach front in Ledge Point. This property strictly sleeps 8 and sorry no pets.

Check in time is 2 pm unless prior arrangement has been made.
Please be advised that there is no garage access at this property.

Ledge Point is a charming fishing village located 10 minutes drive south of Lancelin. Ledge offers beautiful sugary-white beaches stretching for as far as the eye can see. The village was established to service the local cray fishing industry and has evolved into a beautiful beach-side getaway. Ledge offers an interesting mix of traditional and modern beach house, chalet, caravanning and camping accommodation.

This part of WAs coast is recognised internationally as one of the great windsurfing venues. Sport and entertainment in the village centres on the Country Club, with its golf course, bowling greens and tennis facilities.

Just south of the village is where the Dutch East Indies ship, the Vergulde Draeck, or Gilt Dragon, went down after striking reefs in 1646. Some 70 mariners were marooned ashore, never to be rescued.

Soak up the relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
Join friends for a game of golf, tennis or lawn bowls before relaxing over drinks, lunch or dinner at the Ledge Point Country Club.
Dip the feet, take a swim in waters sheltered by the reefs or walk and enjoy life's simple pleasures.

Location is lovely. Beautiful beaches, nice pool area. The Villa it self could do with some maintenance. Tap in laundry leaks creating little floods, had to use container to catch water, blinds can’t be used, oven was dirty especially trays. And listing amenities on booking include a dishwasher and there is no dishwasher!! I wish I knew this In advance as I would have come more prepared. Other than that we had a nice stay. Comfortable for the family, showers and bathrooms all good. Thanks

Didn’t disappoint with Great Accomodation and Location Very comfortable and plenty of space for the teens and adults. Stunning views and everything you need just bring your own tea and coffee or take a nice walk to the local shops and get your morning coffee there.

Beautiful property on the beach front. Kids absolutely loved the pool - it was warm enough for them to swim all day. Great location next to a park, loved watching the sunset each night. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

Had a wonderful time, great proximity to the beach and local store; great place to base yourself for day trips to Lancelin/Moore River, etc. House was comfortable and very spacious, very well stocked kitchen with full appliances, utensils and crockery. Great entertainment areas with a nice supply of DVD’s, Books, Board Games. Little neighbourhood was out of a dream, very secure complex with automatic gates at both ends. Communal ammenities were very good, beautiful gardens, tennis court and a nice pool and games room, though unfortunately they closed after dark. Only downside to the property was the cleanliness which in fairness isn’t that bad considering the location and frequent use. Carpets were quite stained, a lot of the blind shades were coming loose, the fly screen had been torn, the back balcony door was quite broken but still functional, and lots of insects around the place (though that is to be expected). No way a deal breaker though, this is the perfect house for a family or a couple looking to get away.

Wonderful layout for families. Location fabulous with grass and playground out front, coffee shop next door, beach 2 min stroll. House well set up for families with games and DVDS.

Great Location
Excellent location. Highly recommend.Great for families with the swimming pool, beach, park, tennis court. Lovely friendly deli walking distance. Got a fish n chips takeaway, bakery, Bottleshop Everything you need. Shop and bottleshop a little on the high price end but to be expected. Definitely would go back there.
