"The room is spacious with balcony, the bathroom has both bath tub and shower. Complimentary airport shuttle is available! That saved a lot of hassle! Breakfast was decently widespread, with both Indonesian style and Western/Chinese cuisine. Nice pool area within the hotel and just less than 5 mins walk to the Kuta Beach! Plenty of food options along the streets too! Very conveniently located."

The staff go above and beyond for you, they always left a nice note after they cleaned our rooms and always greeted us with a huge warm smile.
