I stayed from April 11-17, 2024. The staff, both hotel and restaurant, were very friendly and polite. My room was nice, the pool was nice, the food was great, the entertainment in the lounge was good. It is literally right next door to SM Mall and various modes of transportation.

Room and bathroom are clean. Breakfast and service at the Feria was excellant. Hotel is across from the SM mall if you need any shopping or money exchange which was a huge plus.

Best place I’ve ever stayed. Staff is excellent and the facilities are immaculate. Not far from the airport and right next to a nice mall. Shopping, dining, ATM, & currency exchange are all conveniently close. I would recommend this place to anyone but especially those travelers who are visiting the Philippines for the first time.

The AC ventilation is smells musty and moldy I had allergies and couldn’t breath well . Dine in and left my package with T shirt from our class reunion and ID card. I was out of town and came late that day . I have to ask them the next day if they found it knowingly that ID showed that I am a hotel guest.I got my ID card without the shirt. They claimed they will check on their CC TV who took the shirt and will let me know. Disappointed when they should return immediately and not wait till the next day for me to ask them.

Food - didn't quite taste authentic, seasoning was off and not what I expected each dishes to taste. Room - there was no exhaust in the bathroom, carpet may trigger your allergies (it did mine on our third morning), elevator doors does not have sensors (be careful entering/exiting). Staff - were the hightlight of our stay, they were friendly, kind and always had a beautiful smile ready to greet you.

The property is private, quiet and the staff is excellent. The rooms are spacious but look a little dated. The carpets are worn pretty badly in spots. The breakfast offered is no quite as good as what it use to be a few years back. No potatoes and the choices were a little less.

Extremely polite and helpful staff from all departments, from the security, desk clerks to the housekeeping. Loved it! Plus the shopping mall was literally next door so I was able to easily get what I needed.

Upon arrival, told swimming pool was closed. Looks like they are doing some major work to the pool, closure should have been noted, would not have booked. Other than a large shopping mall across the street, there is nothing around the hotel at all! Would not choose that location. The hotel itself was ok.
