This large home was built in the 70s but has been renovated internally to enhance the space and location. Featuring 6 bedrooms, 180 degree views of the ocean and a private pool you will literally be surrounded by water! The house is also dog friendly on application and for a small charge.
The upper floor hosts the main kitchen area with full assortment of cooking utensils for your needs. The downstairs kitchen is set up to assist you when you want to make the cup of coffee and relax in the large soft sofas while enjoying the view as well as assist you for when you BBQ out the back so you dont need to run upstairs to get what you need.
The two living areas provide private places to get together or have some time on your own. The upstairs living area also leads on to a covered sunroom where you can just sit and admire the view. Perfect for large families or groups traveling together.
The upstairs and downstairs living areas have air conditioning to keep you cool in summer and there are ceiling fans or pedestal fans throughout should you need them but the sea breezes are amazing! There are heaters for each bedroom and spare blankets for the winter.
There are three bathrooms in the original condition but they are neat, tidy, and practical for large groups. The laundry has a washing machine for your use

Guest will have private access to the whole house and pool. The garage is not for guest use and will be locked but there is offstreet parking for your cars
Caves Beach is well known for its namesake - a network of sea caves at the southern end of the beach, which can be explored at low tide. There also is Frenchmans Beach, Hams Beach and Spoons Beach (which is a smaller beach).
Caves Beach is patrolled in the warmer month and offers well maintained barbecue facilities and a picnic area. There is also a Kiosk with hot and cold foods, drinks and lollies for the kids.
On your way down to the beach, you also pass an IGA, Gelato and The Mawson which is great for a couple of casual drinks and a great meal.

The property is not far from local bus stops and is in an area that taxis go to as well. Also a lot of the local pubs and clubs have a courtesy bus.
This self-contained home is booked exclusively for your use, it is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and we have contactless check-in and check-out to help you have a Safe-Stay.
Prior to your arrival, please ensure that you fill out our check-in form. This form will request photo identification and evidence of credit card ownership. Additionally, please be aware that a $500 security deposit will be required. This deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the property upon your departure. Please be advised that it may take a few days for your bank to return the funds to your card, which is beyond our control.
Please note that you will be required to complete a check-in form before check-in. This will involve providing your home address and email to Lakeshores Accommodation and a copy of your Drivers License to establish the identity of our guest.
There is a noise monitor at the property - this will send automatic messages should the noise level be above 80 dB. please be mindful of the neighbours as we follow a good neighbour policy. A security camera is also located at the front of the property but is not monitored unless a concern is raised by the community.

• The host will not be held responsible for issues outside of their control, ie poor weather, power blackouts, insects ie mosquitoes or sandflies, spiders etc, internet or appliance failure or activities not directly in control of Lakeshores Accommodation. We will, of course, endeavour to rectify any issue should one arise however we cannot be held liable for such events. We must be given an opportunity to resolve any issues or move you to another of our properties before requesting any refunds.
• NOTE - All of our homes are treated regularly for pest control by qualified technicians but unfortunately living on the Australian coast some of these are expected in the area.
• The hot water is not continuous and excess use may result in this running out if the amount of hotwater in the tank is exceeded and may result in a period of time without hot water.
