This home features an uninterrupted view of the ocean, as well as a private pool. With 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens this home can host large groups with ease (no parties allowed!)

Recently freshened up with new floor coverings, painted walls, and new decor as well as abundant natural light this property is a must for your next stay in Caves Beach.

This large home was built in the 70s but has been renovated internally to enhance the space and location. Featuring 6 bedrooms, 180 degree views of the ocean and a private pool you will literally be surrounded by water! The house is also dog friendly on application and for a small charge.

The upper floor hosts the main kitchen area with full assortment of cooking utensils for your needs. The downstairs kitchen is set up to assist you when you want to make the cup of coffee and relax in the large soft sofas while enjoying the view as well as assist you for when you BBQ out the back so you dont need to run upstairs to get what you need.

The two living areas provide private places to get together or have some time on your own. The upstairs living area also leads on to a covered sunroom where you can just sit and admire the view. Perfect for large families or groups traveling together.

The upstairs and downstairs living areas have air conditioning to keep you cool in summer and there are ceiling fans or pedestal fans throughout should you need them but the sea breezes are amazing! There are heaters for each bedroom and spare blankets for the winter.

There are three bathrooms in the original condition but they are neat, tidy, and practical for large groups. The laundry has a washing machine for your use

Guest will have private access to the whole house and pool. The garage is not for guest use and will be locked but there is offstreet parking for your cars

Caves Beach is well known for its namesake - a network of sea caves at the southern end of the beach, which can be explored at low tide. There also is Frenchmans Beach, Hams Beach and Spoons Beach (which is a smaller beach).

Caves Beach is patrolled in the warmer month and offers well maintained barbecue facilities and a picnic area. There is also a Kiosk with hot and cold foods, drinks and lollies for the kids.

On your way down to the beach, you also pass an IGA, Gelato and The Mawson which is great for a couple of casual drinks and a great meal.

Bring the family down to Caves Beach for a great day out.

The property is not far from local bus stops and is in an area that taxis go to as well. Also a lot of the local pubs and clubs have a courtesy bus.

This self-contained home is booked exclusively for your use, it is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and we have contactless check-in and check-out to help you have a Safe-Stay.

Prior to your arrival, please ensure that you fill out our check-in form. This form will request photo identification and evidence of credit card ownership. Additionally, please be aware that a $500 security deposit will be required. This deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the property upon your departure. Please be advised that it may take a few days for your bank to return the funds to your card, which is beyond our control.

Please note that you will be required to complete a check-in form before check-in. This will involve providing your home address and email to Lakeshores Accommodation and a copy of your Drivers License to establish the identity of our guest.

There is a noise monitor at the property - this will send automatic messages should the noise level be above 80 dB. please be mindful of the neighbours as we follow a good neighbour policy. A security camera is also located at the front of the property but is not monitored unless a concern is raised by the community.

• The host will not be held responsible for issues outside of their control, ie poor weather, power blackouts, insects ie mosquitoes or sandflies, spiders etc, internet or appliance failure or activities not directly in control of Lakeshores Accommodation. We will, of course, endeavour to rectify any issue should one arise however we cannot be held liable for such events. We must be given an opportunity to resolve any issues or move you to another of our properties before requesting any refunds.

• NOTE - All of our homes are treated regularly for pest control by qualified technicians but unfortunately living on the Australian coast some of these are expected in the area.

• The hot water is not continuous and excess use may result in this running out if the amount of hotwater in the tank is exceeded and may result in a period of time without hot water.

Location excellent but property needs better maintenance.
Winter stay, wet weather. Location, size and bedding all good. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors were clean but....this property has a lot of neglected and poorly maintained areas which were not up to the standard we'd expect for the price. Lighting poor, woodwork sticky and damaged, "sunroom" has major leaks(floor wet and slippery),crockery plentiful but unhygienically 'threadbare', etc. We did see evidence of recent painting but much more needs to be done before we'd consider going back for the price charged.

Lovely, well maintained property for a restful holiday.
Lovely location, awesome view, located across the road from beach access. Pleasant neighbourhood with 2 nice cafes and grocery stores within walking distance. Bed configurations were great, beds had clean sheets and pillow and suited a big group. A few negatives such as it has dated interiors and fitouts, ground floor lounge heating was not working properly and fan in one of the 1 level rooms was real noisy on a higher speed. Overall, a lovely property with a responsive and polite property manager. It sure warrants a repeat visit.

Great spot right on the beach.
Property is a bit outdated but relatively clean for the size and had everything needed for our stay. Excellent location, across from the beach and only a 10min walk to local shops/cafes. Host was friendly and easy to talk with if needed.

Big house in a great location
We stayed here on a mulit-generaltional family holiday. We had a fantastic time, helped by the large space of this house and its fantastic location right opposite the beach. We'd definitely stay here again.

1. Very good location. That was the one and only positives about this property 2. Very old and very very poorly maintained property. 3. There is a nearly no mobile network from any of the carrier in and around the property. 4. It took nearly an hour to find out the WiFi details due to difficulties in making phone calls to the property manager. 5 No fan in the toilet 6. The privacy locks were not working in the toilets/bathrooms. That made it very difficult when there were more than ten people staying at the property 7. There were only a couple of toilet rolls for 10+ people staying for two nights. We had to buy our own toilet rolls from IGA. Couldn't be any worse. 8. Pool was not heated so it was useless for us. 9. There were no robes in most rooms for hanging our clothes. 10. Property looks and feels very run down especially from inside. How silly it was that out of two ceiling lights one was a warm white and another a cool white in the same room. 11. Generally unclean with cockroaches in kitchen cupboards. 12. Furniture of poor quality. One of the bedrooms upstairs had 2 single beds of different heights. Overall, Disappointing. 2 out of a score of 10.

Location, location, location!
Great beach pad in an awesome spot. Perfect for families and friends wanting a holiday across the road from the beach with a pool to also cool down in. Loads of space and everything you want in a summer holiday.
