Wonderful hotel and very friendly staff!! Loved our stay here. We only wished for a pool/hot tub. Not a lot to do in Red, so that option would have been nice.

For a ski resort the fact that there are only two saunas, no hot tub and no pool was very disappointing. The staff were excellent DHF the service was good. The Velvet restaurant was also quite poor. The food was expensive but eat over flavoured.

Great location! Nice facilities but missing hot tub, steam room, ice bath or similar things that most hillside hotels have. Restaurant has a very limited menu that is all about being fancy with limited value of what's being served for the price. Service is pretty awful. Nice people, but so slow.
