Following a flight of sleek tiled steps from the main entrance encased by a lush garden takes us into a trendy open-plan area. On your left, you’ll find a dining area to seat 8 members of your family, or a group of your closest friends. Vacationing in summer? No problem! You can comfortably enjoy your meal and let the aircon cool things down. But if you want to heat things up, the dining room leads into a beautiful jacuzzi and sauna room where you can kick back, relax and enjoy the view. Going out into the terrace, you’ll find an outdoor pool and gas barbeque with the view of our gorgeous mountain on the left, and be completely taken aback by the exquisite full ocean view. Did someone say win-win? After you take a dip, step onto the wooden platform, chill out on our comfy outdoor sun beds or loungers and watch the waves crash against the shore. With a compact line of bright green palm trees at your feet, you’ll feel like the king and queen of the jungle! The terrace is surrounded by a short railing (safety first!) with another staircase leading to a lovely large lawn – perfect for hosting a intimate gathering with friends. Not to mention, there is a play area for the kids, too!

The terrace leads back through multiple clear sliding doors into the open-plan area with direct access to the kitchen. We’ve got a modern double fridge to fit all of your cravings, a built-in microwave and oven, and a gas stove to capture that perfect cooking temperature. Lots of wooden counter space to spread a feast, with bright LED lights shining down on your awesome chef skills! And easy wash up with a dishwasher available right there. The blend of new-age sleekness with old-school wooden features mix together to form a fantastic cooking experience in a warm and friendly environment.

Had a big meal and want to work it off? No problem, let’s hit the weights! The villa comes with a standard gym and mirrored wall, that includes a treadmill, weightlifting machine, skipping ropes, yoga mat and loose weights.

But no harm in relaxing after dinner or a great work out; you’re on holiday, after all! This floor also boasts aircon and a ridiculously comfortable dark grey L shape four-seater couch and two sapphire suede ottomans facing a large Smart TV built into the wall, which is also DSTV connected; the world is at your fingertips. The lounge also includes another private area with a built-in gas fireplace if you’re looking for romance – toasty! The entire area overlooks the ocean view with a perfect shot of the mountain on the left, with direct terrace access.

Bathroom break! The guest bathroom showcases a beach theme, with a leafy motif trailing bright green, brown and blue patterns. Selfie spot? We think so!
Time to level up; let’s head upstairs to the third floor. An oak spiral staircase overlooking the garden space takes us to a four-bedroom area with laminated wooden flooring. The first Bedroom has a spacious queen bed and a private en-suite bath and shower, including luxurious heated towel rail! Not to mention aircon, terrace access and let’s not forget that spectacular ocean view! Bedrooms two and three have a double bed and three-quarter bed respectively – room for the whole family and an extensive shared bathroom that’ll make you feel the epitome of comfort. But let’s talk master bedroom: We’ve got a king size bed, big enough to stretch over endlessly, insane views, en-suite with bath, shower and a double vanity, heated towel rails, balcony access, shutters and a Smart TV also encoded with DSTV. All bedrooms have aircons designed to look like modern art. After all, you deserve the best!

Did you think that was all? Not at all! We’ve got even more room for you and your guests. On the first floor is an apartment with direct garden and play area access, the same beautiful view and with its own separate and private entrance. The outside environment boasts a rocky climate with a charged natural feel. Heading inside, we’ve got a king size bed, aircon, fully operational and modern kitchen with a gas stove, personal lounge with Smart TV (including DSTV) in both the living area and the bedroom, a bath and shower as well as a lovely patio.
