Right in town. Easy bus stop. Wonderful breakfast. And charming, effusively welcoming older Crotian lady made us cappuccino every morning. Will not forget her.

Very clean. We’d prefer the toilet & shower to have its own room, not just hidden behind a curtain.

Very new and modern. Great spacious rooms. It’s certainly not 4 stars, but we had a very pleasant stay. And shout out to Katia - she made us feel very special and welcome! It’s around 15 mins walk to the main areas, but a nice quiet hotel room. Which we appreciated. Definitely recommend!

Nice clean hotel. Wonderful friendly staff. Great breakfast. 5 minute easy bus ride to center of Lugano. We enjoyed our stay.

OK but nothing special
The stay was pleasant but it was definitely not a 4-star hotel. It was more like an upgraded ibis, friendly (except one manager looking guy at the reception) but basic service and super standard facilities & breakfast without any special charms. No complaints, but I would stay at a different hotel of the same star-rating next time which I stayed before in the area. Location was good.

Very clean and modern hotel that is in a nice, quiet location. It is walkable to the old city and lake (flat sidewalk, roughly 15 minutes). The staff were friendly.

Great stay, would come back
Friendly and professional yet down-to-earth staff. Katia at the breakfast service was one of a kind, someone you won't forget about. She was relaxed, charmy and "everywhere" at the same time - great hospitality! The hotel is 10 minutes from the lake, and it's fresh and clean. The only downside was the pillow which to me was too thick. All in all, very good stay!

After check in, turned on the air conditioning unit beginning temperature of 22... After a few hours the temperature had climbed 22..23.. 24.. I had called and spoke with Sergio at the front desk, he had come up to take a look. The unit was indeed on and running full speed.. he simply turned to temperature request to 10 and assured that it will be fine in an hour or two.. it continued to climb 24.. 25.. and 26 by midnight.. I had opened the window to do the best I could to cool the room down, the best I could get it down by in the morning was 23/24. Was unable to sleep, was very uncomfortable and had better stays far out in the low country of Appenzell.. certainly not a city 4 star hotel where I booked the best room they had. Very unpleased, I spoke with Tatiana upon checkout and explained the situation once more. She issued a sincere apology, but was unable to do anything for me since we booked through Expedia. Looking for some assistance please, booking through this service has left me in a position of inconvenience.

Dear Mr. Kevin, thank you very much for your stay in our hotel and for your feedback. Here in Europe the standard temperature in the rooms is between 22 and 23°C. By opening the room door or the window the temperature climbes because outside the temperature is higher. We always check the temperature in all our rooms (standard between 22 and 23°C when window and door are closed). We are sorry that you were not happy with your stay. Best regards

Good business hotel
Good hotel, but more targeted to business travelers. The room is great, bed is comfortable. Parking is underground, and the entrance is quite narrow, but its handy. Only remarks is the the bathroom is "inside", just a glass door to separate them which is not great

Katia at the breakfast area was the most happy and welcoming person. She brought smiles to our day. The beds are a bit hard. Hotel building Construction quality is not great even though it was recently built. Clean and modern.

Great hotel, good price and excellent location!
Great location, short walk to the Lido and Main Street for some great eats. Nice little deck out back to have a smoke and drink at night.

A nice hotel near the city centre. It has no restaurant which can be useful in Lugano if you arrive late.

Spacious modern room
A bit of a walk from the train station if you are carrying luggages, otherwise walkable. Hotel itself is modern and clean. Friendly staff at check in. Rooms are spacious. Did not try their breakfast.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff!
The breakfast was simple, but delicious, and the lady who was serving was fantastic and friendly. The rooms were very clean and modern, simple, but had everything we needed. We had a great stay, thank you.
