"We loved that there was a quick shuttle to Universal Studios, but also that it is close enough that it's under a 10 minute walk if we don't feel like waiting for the shuttle. The pool area aesthetic was cute. The rooms were very quiet and our view of the park was cool - we were able to see some fireworks from our room on the nights we left the park before the nighttime show. The staff was very helpful and friendly."

"Ourstay was nice all in all but 2 things happened to us while checking in the lady was not friendly and didnt help us plus gave us false inforamtion, secondly it has been more than two weeks since out checking out date and still the deposite money amount didnt get back to our bank account female staffd didnt att all "

"Very nice and safe facility. The only issue we had was that the hotel store pay out machine was not working and the vending machine was also not working so we had zero snacks and drinks during our first night. We did walk down a few blocks the next day to get goodies from the gas station"
