This 3 bedroom Ocean front cottage is a summer vacation dream location
Steps from the beach, close to all local attractions, restaurants, golf courses etc.
large front covered deck and open side deck for relaxing and enjoying the ocean views.
Recently renovated, this summer cottage has all ammenities to make you want to stay the entire summer. Kitchen is fully equipped, with fridge, stove, microwave, coffe-maker, and has breakfast counter.
Open style living / dining area has fireplace, book case, TV cabinet, two reclining lounge chairs, queen size couch / sofa with hida-bed, rocking chair, window seat with toy storage box.
Front deck is perfect for entertaining with 6-chair table, 2-chair round meeting table, Stainless Steel Barbeque, Reclinig Lounge chairs, Front lawn is huge, perfect for outdoor games, Pinics, etc.
Bathroom is complete with shower, tub, vanity, toilet and loads of towels.

Master bedroom has queen bed, huge double closet. the two adjacent bedrooms one with double bed, one with single bed, closets, and of course access windows.

Great property!
This cottage was incredible- from the amazing ocean view to all the amenities at the property! The beach is steps away and there were lots of things for our small children to explore at low tide. Fred and Jeannie were very easy to communicate with when we had any questions. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Stay
This property is excellent. Has everything you need. Comfortable inside and out. Lots of outdoor seating space and shade for hot days. Walk 20secs down to beach and walk at low tide and swim at high tide (rarely deeper than 5 feet so perfect for famlies). Sea is very calm most days and excellent park a short walk across the cove with playground facilities etc for little ones to play and make vacation friends. Beds comfortable. Bathroom clean and updated. Kitchen has everything you need. Just needs a big salad bowl. Beautiful view from deck. Close to Charlottetown for those rainy days and Victoria by the Sea for dinner. Good solid BBQ. Linen provided was good quality. Owner always reachable. Fridge was wonky when we arrived but owner was on it. Only room for improvement is maybe some standing fans for bedrooms. If the weather keeps getting warmer they will be needed. Garbage sorting is a bit of a puzzle but this is a PEI issue we have encountered before. The agency should put out a visual infographic so we can support waste program. If you like a quiet relaxed vacation stay to read a book and play on the beach and ocean, stay here.

Fabulous place if you want to have access to a beach and the water
We had a great time. The location is central to many attractions. If you love to watch the tide this is the place to stay. We had the enjoyment of firing for seafood when the tide went out.

The best little beach house on PEI
My son & I & little dog Stella really had a great week at the beach house. We enjoyed watching the changing tides every day. The scenery at Canoe cove is amazing.

Wonderful View
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cottage! Clean and very well equipped, and you can't beat that ocean view! Easy access to the beach at low tide via ramp. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions!
