There was no room services and house keeping. We booked with expedia like any other hotels but when we checked in the receptionist said it was an airbnb. It was not supposed to be an airbnb, it was supposed to be a hotel and I booked via expedia.

Hotel Thalazur
Lovely pool and spa area. Great option of studio apartment. Handy shuttle service into town. Very quiet. You just need to be aware that there are no bars, cafes, restaurants, shops nearby apart from a great pizza cafe. It’s a 25 minute walk to the shop. You need to get the shuttle or taxi into town for restaurants etc.

A great stay in the beautiful SOF
What a fabulous hotel! Clean, modern with a high end feel to it. Our studio had everything you needed, and the balcony upgrade was a nice addition. The pools and outdoor area with sunbathing were very blissful. The on-site restaurant and bar were great too. A little out of the way but a walking distance to Biot station, or the free shuttle into Antibe was great! (Although remember to pre book this)

This hotel is located in a residential neighborhood, about 4-5 km from the town of Antibes. No transportation nearby. The transportation provided by the hotel is absolutely unreliable. If you don’t have prior reservations for the spa then forget about it. You can only use the pool jacuzzi and the swimming both are salt water. Breakfast is ok lunch and dinner are expensive and of average quality. This hotel has 2 categories, one is the main hotel building where you get clean, towels and linen change service, the other are studios where you get no service at all!! If you are looking for a quite place away place, then this hotel might be for you but that’s all it has. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and won’t stay in it again.

Check in at 5pm it’s a too late ,and check out at 10am it’s too early . If you check in at 5pm you can check out at noon. There are 7 hours between check in and check out,never found it somewhere else. When we booked the place we never knew that the spa was overbooked otherwise we would have gone somewhere else. We’ve got a few treatments but not as planned...in general we felt cold in the hotel and spa areas....at least the room was warm so that was good. The staff was friendly and professional.

Great hotel though a little remote from the surrounding town. Perfect for a family or couple if renting a car. The food was lovely but a little pricey. The self catering amenities were great though.

I was not very happy at all. My room was dirty, they did not do house keeping on my room the whole 7 days I was there and the AC stopped working. The restaurant in the hotel had a very small menu and the hours so were so odd it was hard to get a time to eat. Over all I just was not impressed at all.

Already did this once. Please read my last review. This property is not a four star property and should only be marketed to French citizens. We only stayed one night and had to pay for two. Totally cheated. We moved on to Royal Antibes Hotel and they were the best of the best. Loved it there.

Review
Had to call hotel as they did not reply to emails regarding booking of airport shuttle. Very annoyed that they advertise airport shuttle as a usp and then charge - so basically like a taxi then! Apart from Kelli who was lovely the bar staff were incredibly slow and just seemed to be perplexed by even the simplest orders at one point I was buying a coffee and trying to order a Richard and the guy wandered off after the coffee and then between 4 of them they ignored me for a bit, chatted between themselves, it took ages.

Hotel is lovely excellent price for a nice hotel and apartment. Staff very friendly. Hotel clean and the pools were all open in October. The views from the hotel are amazing and the area is nice and peaceful.

Great spa hotel
Got Uber from nice airport only 32 euros on arriving hotel is in lovely grounds the reception staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. We stayed in a apartment which was a good size but could do with a bit of updating the bed and pillows were very comfy very small kitchenette but adequate for us as we only had breakfast and occasional lunch there balcony had partial sea views but full sun all day the pool and spas were great prices of food and drinks were average price for the area the hotel is in a quiet area but is only 20 min walk to supermarket and lovely patisserie and station is a further 5 mins the local bus to station etc is only few mins walk from hotel and they provide shuttle bus to Antibes so very easy to get around all in all we had a great 10 days

If you’re looking to relax for a few days then this is a great place, the spa facilities are good and my massage was lovely! There isn’t much around, so I would recommend hiring a car or bike to help you get around. I’m most disappointed with the hotel staff. Especially the restaurant staff. They weren’t very polite or friendly, occasionally rude and not very helpful. This impacted my experience hugely and due to this, unfortunately I won’t be returning.

Nice pool with sea view suite
Within the first 5 minutes of serving we got stuck in an elevator (with all our luggage and a young child nonetheless). :( The staff right away made the situation right by upgrading us to a beautiful sea view suite plus sent drinks to our room. Very very good experience. Great pool, spa and amenities and free parking. About 10 minute drive from any stores or restaurants but great facility over all.

Good, comfortable hotel
This is the third time that I have stayed at this hotel. The location is great, secluded but close enough to Antibes. The studio room was large and comfortable and the service from the Front Desk was excellent. My only complaints were that the restaurant ran out of cheese one morning for breakfast and generally, the choices weren't great, and the service from the spa was poor (plus had to pay €8 to hire a bath robe and €3 to buy a swim cap - you can't swim without one). As a hotel guest, I did not expect to have to pay for these.

We stayed in appartment with our two children. Room was basic and not very clean. Room service was extra 20 euros per day. The original price paid wasn't cheap. Not four star quality. No pool towels. Breakfast was nice but not much choice. Pool ok but not that clean. Spa was nice. Wouldn't go back.

Very little English information in hotel. Local public transport unreliable. Shuttle service provided by hotel was ok. Taxi fares extortionate. Own transport essential. Didn't use the thalasur facilities or the swimming pools, so can't comment. Staff were good. Room facilities for catering ok but no oven.

Everything you want from a room.

Dont bother book a studio room, you will be required to do everything yourself including cleaning your room. Its a shame this wasn't explained to us if not before booking at least on arrival at the hotel. Some staff members friendly others not so much. Shuttle bus service was rather good You are not allowed entry in the indoor pool wothout a latex hat on which we found very strange and a big inconvenience as we then had to buy one then and there

Good location for passing through St Etienne area
Booked this as we decided to go a different route to the South of France. We didn't want to stay in St Etienne as we thought it would be difficult to get in and out on the freeway in the morning. The hotel was clean. A little dated and could do with a redo, however it was great for a quick stopover. Good and secure parking.

Lovely relaxing hotel, friendly staff. It's a shame there is building work next door as the noise did affect our stay as we wanted to relax, once it's finished it will be perfect

Comfortable, well-positioned hotel.
The service was generally very good. However, the rooms are not cleaned, nor is the bathroom replenished with toiletries, etc during the course of the stay and this is not clearly communicated at the time of booking. The hotel is well located in between Antibes and Nice.

Great location for a quiet holiday
We stayed at this hotel while attending an exhibition in Cannes. The location of the hotel is great if you have a car. It is a fair way out of town, but this is nice because it is not noisy with busy traffic. The hotel has recently been refurbed and was lovely inside the reception area and common areas. We stayed in the 'residences', which have the small kitchenette and a slightly larger room than the hotel rooms. The rooms were a little tired looking, but served its purpose for the 8 nights we stayed. Something to note is that your room does not get cleaned every day, nor does it get cleaned on checkout. You have to clean it yourself, or you pay for this service. We paid for this service only because we are used to our hotel rooms being cleaned. We had to have them back to clean a second time halfway through the stay as they didnt do a very good job the first time. Charging 12€ to make the bed and put clean towels is not justified. However, on complaining about this they did fix it. The spa is simply amazing. My husband and I both had facials, and I must admit it was probably the best facial I have had. The breakfast is totally worth it. the view is exceptional. There is ample parking which is brilliant for this area. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.
