Great hotel loctation is oercet close to beach restaurant shopping area . Rooms are affordable during winter season. I love you watch out for the minibar and breakfast as well as parking more than the average night.

Fantastic service and location
The service at the front desk was unbelievably good. They have a private beach, but it is down the road a bit and books up quickly. Make reservations for it well in advance. Room was comfortable but could be a little bigger for the price.

Two days prior to arrival I was notified by the concierge that the hotel's private beach (which was one of the main reasons we had booked this hotel) would be closed for a private event. Throughout our entire stay, there was constant construction outside and we had to walk several miles for the nearest beach access.

I got covid two days before my arrival. I contacted them and they said since I am very sick with fever and contagious I am unable to come to the property so I cancelled my trip and they refused to refund my money because it was past cancelation. When I told them I am coming then they said you can't come and we can't give you a refund or credit. They were just happy to keep my money and rent the room to someone else. No compassion.

This will be my new go to hotel in Cannes. I had an amazing stay and Florian was amazing. He assisted me with my check in and check out and was super professional and polite. He even held my bags in storage on my check out date while i went to shop in Cannes before I departed to Monaco. This hotel was clean, beautiful and easy to get to once you arrive Cannes. Highly recommend!

Staff was overall friendly and mostly helpful. Restaurants were nice and accommodating.Use of their beach charged 80 Euros for daily use per person. No snorkeling, golf or paddle boards available as advertised. Our rooms balcony faced other hotels and a guest there exposed himself (and more) to our 19 year old daughter as she read outside early morning. It took three times to report it and was still told there was nothing they could do. We were disappointed in their response, they acted as if we were the problem. Anyway, obviously we would not recommend this hotel. The area was lovely and most hotel employees were good though.
