The Villa is set over 900sqm in central Canggu and has 3 buildings spread out, a true palace for your vacation with ample places to spread out or come together.

The buildings are modernised antique Javanese houses, all recycled teak wood. Comfortable interior finishes makes this house feel like a 5 star hotel. The living space and 2 bedrooms have AC for those hot days and moving glass walls for when you want everything totally open. The bedrooms are very spacious and the outdoor showers and baths really make you feel like you`re on vacation. Shower and look up to the stars.

For over 4 guests we have a king size sofa in the living area that can be a bed for 2 more. We also have a cot on request.

The garden is very large and surrounds the property. The pool is located in the relaxation zone between the two buildings. This space really is unique because most villas are so much smaller and everything is cramped. Our pool gets sun all day!

We have 2 massage tables and some excellent recommendations for therapists to come in and pamper you. We also have optons for an Indonesian feast.

The staff can organise dinner and lunches for you, many options from delivery from the fantastic selection of local cafes and restaurants OR have them cook an amazing meal for you.

Cleaning and breakfast are included 6 days per week.

You have access to the parking area (2 cars plus motorcycles) and entry area, pool, 2 bedrooms, living areas and pool terrace areas. Staff do the laundry. If you need washing your clothes there is a small extra charge for the staff to wash, dry and iron your clothes.

Once you arrive interaction is with the staff. Prior to arrival all details for your trip are organised through airbnb.

Canggu was first famous for surfers. This villa is in Canggu Echo Beach area on a small side street that connects the famous shopping and beach roads of Batu Bolong and Padang Linjong. We are on the same small side street as the famous Crate cafe. We are in the heart of the most trendy and cool area of Bali right now Canggu, Berawa and Perarenan. All the new shops restaurants and cafes are in this location and we are right in tge center. The villa has a huge 900sqm garden so you are surrounded by nature, a real oasis inside the garden walls. The villa is within walking distance of wonderful cafes, restaurants and yoga studios. The streets to the beaches are lined with shops, restaurants, spas and cafes- so there is plenty to see and do right at the doorstep all day and night.

From the villa you can walk to lots of cafes, restaurants, gyms, yoga, markets and Echo Beach. There is a local healthfood organic market at Samadhi each Saturday and this is literally a 5min walk away. Many people choose to rent a scooter to go around the area however with our location its not a necessity. We can help you organise tours in the local area and also transportation to and from the villa.

Residential Use Only:
This villa is offered strictly for private residential accommodation. Any events, parties, gatherings, weddings, commercial activities, business meetings, photoshoots, videography, or use of the property as a venue fall outside the scope of a standard Airbnb booking and must be discussed, approved, and organized with the host prior to booking or arrival.
Unauthorised Use / Events:
Any unauthorised event, party, gathering, photoshoot, or use of the villa as a venue — including attendance by non-registered guests — will result in an immediate penalty of USD $2,000 to $10,000, depending on the nature and scale of the breach, and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Guests & Visitors:
Only guests registered on the reservation are permitted on the property. Any additional visitors, dinner guests, meetings, or gatherings must be approved in advance via Airbnb messaging. Approval may involve additional costs, staffing, security, or coordination.
External Vendors & Suppliers:
External suppliers, decorators, event stylists, photographers, caterers, DJs, or service providers are not permitted to access the property unless explicitly approved in advance by the owner or villa management.
The villa works exclusively with trusted, pre-approved suppliers to protect the property, staff, and neighbours.
Staff & Conduct:
This is not a party house. We expect quiet, respectful behaviour at all times. Our staff are treated as family and must be treated with courtesy and respect. Any inappropriate behaviour toward staff will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the stay.
Smoking:
Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please use the ashtrays provided outside.
Housekeeping & Breakfast:
Breakfast and cleaning are provided 6 days per week and are not available on Balinese ceremony days including Galungan, Kuningan, and Nyepi.
