Bottom line: Way overpriced for the quality of our stay. First off the good: Staff honored request for an early check in of noon, which was great. There were always enough sun loungers and umbrellas poolside and on the beach. Scheduling a COVID test through concierge was easy and the test was on site. We also had a Spa massage service that was in my top 3 massages of all time, it was fantastic. The weird: possibly because of COVID, but the consistency of staff was all over. We had a maid walk in while we were in bed around 8pm one night without knocking. A couple of nights later a maid knocked at 1030pm asking if we needed towels for the night. Some days our bed was made around noon and some days it still wouldn't be made at 5pm. We stayed 6 nights and only half of those nights we had turn down service. Additionally we would order drinks poolside and they would never show up. This happened on at least 3 occasions. On another occasion we ordered a drink and the staff member walked past us twice before reacknowledging the drink order and finally dropping it off 45 min later. The drinks themselves were hit or miss; Id have one great Margarita and then a sickly sweet one would be delivered next. Some bars would have mint for Mojito's and others wouldn't. The bad: The rooms are very loud, you can hear every door on the floor close and people are in and out at all hours. All of the restaurants had slow service.
