Beware!!! All inclusive is not all inclusive. Paid $55 per night per person for all inclusive package. The 3 restaurants that they have advertised is actually 1 restaurant and 2 areas that offer buffet style for breakfast and the other area buffet style dinner. The options were just ok for both. The Italian restaurant is small and reservation only with also just ok food. I ordered spaghetti with seafood and it tasted like canned tomato sauce, seafood flavorful but very little of and pasta was cooked al dente which was fine. Although we purchased the all inclusive, there is a charge for room service, a charge for bottled water, a charge for soda cans or beer cans. So your only option is tap everything. The snack bar menu by the beach has a great menu which is offered all day until 6pm. The fish ceviche was fresh, perfect in taste, nachos with beef were great, shrimp empanadas were good. I didn’t have the burger and fries but it looked good if you are interested in having American food. Most of the employees were friendly with the exception of the front desk, surprisingly. They didn’t seem to have that genuine caring attitude, they were almost robotic even during down times. I worked in hotels for over 15 years so I notice things that stand out. Emporio, unfortunately does not. I could have booked a better quality hotel with a real offer of ALL INCLUSIVE. If you are a beach lover like me, the ocean is clean and clear unlike my previous hotel but waves are very rough.
