The Space:
This property has been setup solely for the use of guests and no expense has been spared for the most comfortable stay possible! The property is adequately equipped with everything that you might need to cook up a storm, along with everything you will need in the bathroom & laundry. We provide beautiful 1000 thread count linen to ensure that your stay is as close to 5 star hotel quality was possible!

Guest Access:
Located in the newly built "The Parade" you are within walking distance of some incredible cafes & restaurants along with a beautiful green playing field. A short stroll to Lake Burley Griffin should you choose to do the iconic "Bridge to Bridge walk" which is very popular amongst Canberrans (allow 1.5 hours at a slow stroll). Not to be missed - the sunset from the rooftop garden with incredible views over Canberra.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the newly built "The Parade" you are within walking distance of some incredible cafes & restaurants along with a beautiful green playing field. A short stroll to Lake Burley Griffin should you choose to do the iconic "Bridge to Bridge walk" which is very popular amongst Canberrans (allow 1.5 hours at a slow stroll). Getting Around:
The property comes with one secured basement parking space however there is also ample 2 hour parking spots around the area. The property is within walking distance to the War Memorial and a very short 2 minute drive to the Canberra CBD. There are several good restaurants within walking distance however for a wider range, you cannot miss out on a visit to the Kingston Foreshore - a very short Uber or drive (approx 5 minutes). If you are arriving by plane, the airport is less than 10 minutes away!

Modern, quiet & secure - was a great stay at The Chifley & I'll be back! Particularly suits for a longer stay, where you are wanting to have more autonomy & perhaps cater for yourself and wash clothes etc. Nice area & not too far to get to where I needed to be.

I really liked that it was easy walking distance to the Australian War Memorial and the Lake. The inner courtyard was lovely and green and the modern apartment provided everything I needed, so it was a very comfortable stay.

The one bedroom apartment is in a convenient and quiet location for floriade, war memorial and lake burley griffin. Comfortable bed, good kitchen facilities and the pantry staples were great. Would definitely stay again.
