Hotel was fine but was advertised on Expedia that bar and other facilities were available. The restaurant was closed as was the bar. Expedia let us down on this one with out of date information.

We had to call in advance for having two single beds in one room instead of a double bed. We thought this was already stated when we booked.

A bit tired and poorly maintained with a few broken or loose fittings etc. Noisy hot water system (knocking pipes when first turned on) and wildly varying temperatures while showering.

Great location for our trip. Excellent shopping facilities, local lake parkland and easy access to all Canberra has to offer. The spacious unit had excellent appointments. Highly recommended!

Decor was outdated and not that great. Toilet cistern constantly leaked, ripped carpet in bedroom. Fridge cupboard area stunk. Not thoroughly cleaned each day we stayed for 5 nights booked and paid for 2 rooms. No food facilities only vending machines. Main door to our rooms form carpark would not lock and bottom damaged.

The hotel is very run down and needs updating. It had a very strange vibe. Upon arrival the toilet had toilet paper and hair all in it. Beds were comfortable, but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

While we only stayed the one night. We had the air con leaky a bunch of water on the table below narrowly missing my laptop and camera battery chargers. There was that much we needed a towel from the bathroom to dry it up. But once I turned it off the leaking stopped. Also the pipe rattle from when others were using water was very bad, especially at 7am. Other than that our stay was ok.

Markets in to the back of the hotel have noisy air conditioning which impacted on night rest when the window was opened instead of air conditioning. All else was pretty good.

Odour in bathroom, siren sound from shower taps, tear in curtain looking onto car park had to close all the time, builders working outside early, tv didnt work and not in bedroom.

This property has to be one of my worst stays. The power went off twice while we were there. The first time, we only noticed in the morning and left for the whole day and then it was finally on. The next time we had to take all of our stuff and move to another unit that wasn't even cleaned well. I've told them upon check out my concerns and they said they would reach out back to us, and we haven't heard from them after 5 days. Complete disappointment.
