We booked the hotel via Expedia. The hotel itself and the rooms were good, however, they put us in a room which overlooked the construction site and at 7am on Saturday morning the machines and workers started (which is fine) except there was no prior notice. I also asked one of the staff if there were vacant rooms on the internal side of the hotel and they said there was. In this instance I feel to look after your guests the room placement needs to be considered. We were looking forward to a relaxing morning and a Saturday sleep in whilst on a mini break but got none of this. It was better to get in the car and head home.

There was a construction site next door so was a bit noisy in the early morning and traffic was heavy.

The rooms are small but all you need. I like this idea of having common areas where you can sit and chat or work. Make sure you reserve parking because it might be tricky otherwise.

I used to enjoy the minimalist chicness but it has lost a bit of its sheen. Room felt a little tired and hotel vibe was just a bit dead. Doesn’t help that it sits next to a construction site pit at the moment. It’s still decent value for money and a good location work wise. Also appreciate that they bring deliveries up to your room.

All rooms were so lovely. A beautiful work library, an extremely comfortable relaxing lounge. Furniture and fittings were substantial. Clean and elegant design.

Great location. Awesome staff. Easy check in. Awaesome parking. Very Quiet. Great rooms but slight details need attention for a hotel of this level. -Stain on carpet in hallway. - Slight mould on tiles in shower. - Edge of bathroom mirror deteriorating. - Grime on toilet hinges. - Bed canopy unscrewed from wall/ceiling

The accessible room was rather far from the lift, the bed itself had a base that stretched out notably further from the mattress which would be an issue for wheelchair transfers for those with no mobility and just getting in bed for those with low mobility like myself, and we needed to explicitly request standard accessible room amenities, a shower chair in particular.

Classy and yet mostly self-serve. Staff helpful. A bit of local construction and in the dead centre of the parliamentary zone. Quiet. Convenient if you grab an Uber or a scooter - great if you have a car. Very comfortable.

Overall very good just a couple of small niggles, no shoe cleaning kit available from reception(do people still clean leather shoes?) The potted geraniums on the wall outside the window looked very sad with pigeon debris and generally unhealthy A funny little round white side table by bed perfect to put a glass of water on except the sides slope outwards so the glass slid off and smashed , maybe its not meant to be a table if not I'm not sure what it was for. Reception wanted my physical card instead of tap on phone to cover incidentals , so had to search through luggage , I couldn't find it , seems they forgot about it anyway. Couldn't fault the cleanliness and I liked having no carpets in room which only attract dirt and dust. Found the suitcase rack a bit late it would have been good if it was by the door ready. As I said just niggles but small things that could improve the experience.

During the fire alarm staff did not inform guests what was happening. Room ok but too small no where to put clothes we were there for 3 nights overnight might be ok Annie was very helpful no cafe or restaurant open will not stay again and too expensive

This is an excellent 4-star property. The rooms are small but smart. Check-in and out were easy because the staff were great.

Quite over priced. 4 levels of car park and only two levels of accmodation and still charged for overnight parking. Small room and uncomfortably soft king bed.
