We booked for 3 adults in one room with 2 twin bed. (Extra charges for an adult).
However, when we checked in at night time.
We found out that room was only with King bed.
Tried to ask for help from counter staff and she replied there was no housekeeping this time. Ended up I had to take another room with $186.
Most importantly, the receptionist told us they didn’t receive the request for 2 twin beds via “Expedia.com”.
I asked for refund for extra adult but unable to do so because it was booked via Expedia.
I hope HOTEL.COM can look into the matter .
