Nestled amongst beautiful bushland, this Deluxe Townhouse at Raffertys Resort is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. Relax on the comfortable sofas and watch your favorite shows on the flat screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms. The townhouse is just a short walk away from the tennis courts, oasis swimming pool, and the main resort pool.

You can wake up to the sounds of bushbirds and take in the stunning views from the decks off the living areas and both bedrooms. The townhouse also offers DVD and CD players.

The Space:
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, microwave oven, electric frypan, range-hoods, and stainless steel pots, pans, and cutlery. The laundry facilities include an automatic washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board, and iron.

This luxurious accommodation includes air conditioning throughout the townhouse and boasts a Master Bedroom with a Queen size bed, its own ensuite bathroom, and a balcony. The second bedroom features a Queen size bed, a Single size bed, its own ensuite bathroom, and a balcony. The townhouse also has a double bed sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests. Each ensuite bathroom has a bath, and both bedrooms feature flat screen TVs.

The lounge and dining room have solid Victorian Ash furniture, and the bedrooms have polished timber floors and are carpeted. The lounge room also features a flat screen television, and there is a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, dishwasher, oven, and range hood.

Guests are able to enjoy the entire holiday home as well as full use of the resort facilities

The Neighborhood:
Raffertys Resort is a lakeside resort set in a bushland setting situated on the shores of Lake Macquarie. The birdlife and bush atmosphere makes for a relaxing getaway, and it is also popular with people who own boats as there is a boat ramp at the resort for your use. The El Lago restaurant is very popular with locals and the pools (one being heated), tennis courts and BBQ areas ensure you can keep the kids entertained.

Raffertys Resort facilities including four tennis courts, four swimming pools, private jetty and boat ramp, bird feeding, bike hire, walking trails, kayaking, stand up paddleboarding and onsite jet boating with Jetbuzz. Guests can also enjoy the children’s playground and a number of BBQ areas around the resort.

Getting Around:
Taxis and UBER are available from the resort, buses are limited

Other Things to Note:
This self-contained home is booked exclusively for your use, it is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and we have contactless check-in and check-out to help you have a Safe-Stay.
Parking for two cars is available at the front of the property.
Access to pools and facilities is via an electronic key card left on the property. Please make sure to return this to the same spot before your departure.

OUR GOOD NEIGHBOUR POLICY

All reservations are made under our strict No-Party/Excessive Noise Policy as prescribed in the NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation and Local Council Laws. As this property is in a Residential Area, failure to comply will lead to police-assisted eviction and/or extra charges being levied. Our neighbours have a right to the quiet enjoyment of their homes and NO ANTISOCIAL behaviour will be tolerated. There may be a noise monitor at the property - this will send automatic messages should the noise level be above 80 dB.

Please note that you will be required to complete a check-in form before check-in. This will involve providing your home address and email to Lakeshores Accommodation and a copy of your Driver’s License to establish the identity of our guest. The number of people nominated on your booking is the maximum number allowed to be at the property during your stay, including visitors. Any additional visitors must be approved by a prior written agreement with Lakeshores staff.

The reservation price is based on a minimum number of (4) guests. Any guests above this number are chargeable on a per person/per night rate. The system will automatically calculate the correct rate when you enter the required number of guests. Reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable. Please ensure you have entered the correct number of guests (children under 2 are no charge) when booking or enquiring.

We aim to be Eco-Friendly - we may supply basic Shampoo, Conditioner or Body Wash, but it is suggested you bring your own personal bathroom products/amenities. We will supply hand wash and basic kitchen essentials.

Linen is provided and beds are made up ready for your stay. Please bring your own Pool/Lake/Beach towels.

We strongly encourage you to take out an inexpensive Third Party Domestic Travel Insurance Policy. This will cover you for emergencies or event cancellations, and anything which falls under our standard Terms & Conditions that we do not provide refunds for

We were given two different street names so there was confusion on arrival but the townhouse was beautifully appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The outlook from the living room and bedrooms was a beautiful bush setting. Foxtel was listed as being available however not only was there no Foxtel, there was no WiFi. Apparently there used to be but isn't any more. The listing needs to be adjusted. That said, we didn't miss it and had a wonderful stay. The resort itself is very nice.
