Mixed feelings about the stay. NO ROOM SERVICE AND WE SATYED FOR 6 Nights. Property is old and feels dirty. Breakfast is Average. Majority of the staff is just busy and don’t care around them. Only good part is the water park and other kids activities. Woolworths is opposite and very close to few fast food joints. Don’t think will stay again.

Executive studio lovely, great bed Only complaint was the mini fridge, freezer was frosted over and froze some of my food This is a family resort, go somewhere else if you would like a quiet kid free pool experience Kitchenette has kettle, toaster, microwave, needs an electric frypan

This would have been the perfect little family getaway back in the day. But at the moment it needs some maintenance and some TLC. The excutive family rooms had mould on the ceiling and musty smell (we changed to 2 different rooms and all had the same issue). The waterpark was rusted and broken in places which is a hazard for little hands and feet. And general upkeep of the pool/slides/grounds left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was ok but short on options (same thing everyday) - would be nice to see a little variety. My parents stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment which was a lot nicer, no mould, had a little kitchenett and balcony as well as a washer and drier you could use for free. Location was really good, short walk/drive to some great restaurants and a little swimming area perfect for kids called happy valley with playground.

The place was great, it had entertainment for the whole family, the variety of food was good it gave everyone a option. The water parks were the best my kids said they had a great time. The room that we stayed had enough room for the three of us it had a tv and good AC. Great place

Reception staff were friendly and professional. Property is somewhat run down and it appears as though no money has been reinvested into maintenance/upkeep and upgrades/refurb. For example they have portable toilets at waterpark. Surely they could invest some profit into building proper toilet facilities. Room were nice if not slightly run down. Definitely would not stay here again at the prices they are charging.

The facilities are amazing, the waterpark, jumping pillow and swimming pool were all amazing. The food and drinks were reasonably priced and delicious! Definitely staying again!

Okay stay but not worth the price we paid.
Pro: close to beach, supermarket nearby, breakfast included, some activities for the kids. Laundry and dryer included Con: kids activities only open at 8.30am to 5pm. Which means there isn’t much time to play despite our 2 night stay. Room is dated and door locks not working, needs replacing. Free wifi took 3 phone calls to fix which was annoying. No bbq in area. Very pricey. Tv is small and old.

I enjoyed how family friendly the resort is and plenty for the children to do. The room was nice with fresh complementary towels and quick clean every day. I 2ish the shower head was bigger for such a beautiful bathroom. Oh and the cocktails weren't very nice unfortunately but other then that we had a fantastic family holiday.

Lifts didn’t work probably. I was by myself with my kids - two kids (1year old/ 3year old) and we were on the top floor. Hard to carry a pram up the stairs by myself. Staff let every other guest in before check in time but made us wait until just after 2pm to check in.. had paid for the room in full before hand. Very noisy. Bedrooms very small. Struggled to fit a cot in the one bedroom apartment.. The Cleaning staff were the only ones who were very friendly and helpful..

Friendly reception and welcome. Great child friendly accomodation and resort. Local and convenient shops across the road. Great location. Bedrooms could have blockout curtains too but great value for money and perfect for the whole family. Thank you!

Overall everything was ok. On the second day our room key didn’t work which was annoying. We couldn’t get in abs had to go back to reception. No explanation as to why this happened.

Fantastic 2 night stay! The room was so much bigger than I expected! Clean, spacious, a great fridge, huge walk in shower and comfy bed. Staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The pool was great, and it was a short walk to an array of restaurants, bars and the beach. Will definitely be back!

Stunning property that the online pictures do not do it justice. Villa is just gorgeous, styled beautifully with clean, tasteful whites, marble bathrooms and coastal touches, cannot wait to return. Excellent waterpark next to a bar with both coffee and cocktails, essential holidaying situation for tired parents. Additionally a pool also next to a bar, but neatly separated enough, perfect.

We were offered a 'super' upgrade to a much bigger room etc. albeit it has a 'seat' in the shower that some people don't like, apparently. Well, it turned out to be a 'disability room' however it had a comfy king bed and facilities and so be it. It was poorly presented with dirty patches here and there, but most disappointingly there was no linen refresh or service, given we were staying 2 nights. Not sure if this is some new development or what? The bath floor is adapted for disability use meaning minimal falls to the shower waste which always translates to water sitting on the floor until such time as it evaporates. The wet floor presented as a safety hazard with slips experienced from just accessing the hand basin. They really need to provide means by which to clear excess water off the floors following showers. And what about those ridiculous coffee mugs...designed for 6 year olds, impossible to drink out of without spillage. Not to mention the blockout curtains full of holes as if they had been used as a dart board. All in all unimpressed!

Curtains had holes in them making it very hard to sleep as the room was not dark. Dining table chairs in the room were damaged and unusable.
