The main waterpark area was closed for maintenance, which we didn't mind. I just thought it was really genuine when they called the day before to inform us of the maintenance and to ensure we wanted to keep our reservation.

What an amazing staff!!! Sarika, Ravindra, Virginia and Rowena were a great help. Excellent customer service. Everything that we requested were well taken care off. Very friendly and accommodating. Definitely a thumbs up! Thank you very much.

Friday and Saturday evening are obviously their busiest nights but yet they still let “birthday” parties enter the pool. It was so gross with people. Jets in the hot tub didn’t work. If you want a hot shower you have to let the water run for about 10min till it starts to warm up. One morning of our 4 night stay we didn’t even have hot water.

The room leading out to the pool that we stayed in smelled of chlorine from the pool intensely. And the noise was extremely loud. The food was also not very good at all from room service in fact I’d rate it a 1 out of 5.

There must have been a hockey tournament or something in town this weekend. It was extremely busy when we checked-in but there were three team members assisting guests which made the process go smoothly and quickly. Very well managed, professional, and friendly. I appreciate that it was well staffed and went quickly, and that staff were so friendly. The pool and facilities are great. The room is nice and clean. Very happy with our stay and will definitely be returning! We visit Calgary often and have found our new favourite hotel!

Was surprised at how quiet it was with the amount of children and the pool. Will definitely stay again. Only thing I would change is fluffier pillows as they were pretty soft and not very filled. Staff was very accommodating when we chose to stay a second night , they quickly got us into another room on the same floor fairly close to the previous room.

This property is great. Lots to do. We even found their racquetball court and played that one night. Staff was helpful and kind.

The property and food were good, the pool was fun for my kids. Unfortunately the mattresses were the worst I have ever slept on, even my 70lb child could not sleep and woke up in pain. With mattresses that bad, and no sleep because of it, it ruined the entire trip.

What an awful few hours spent at this hotel. Not only were the staff extremely rude and disrespectful. Not accommodating at all. The property was revolting. The pool area has so much hair, snot, and garbage around I refused to take my own children into any of the pools. There is 3 different ones. The remotes for the tvs did not work list goes on. I asked to not stay and they informed me I would not be able to get a refund and nothing they will do about it to accommodate. I had to pay for a hotel that I never used and asked for a reduced price due to not staying. They said yes, then after I left told me they were charging my card regardless for the full stay. I would NEVER recommend this place ever.

This property is perfect for families. We had a room with 2 doubles and a muphy bed. It was great for 5 people. The waterpark was great! The only thing for us was that there were no walkable restaurants in the area. It is nice to have some variety for food.
