Ótima instalações e vista maravilhosa para um lago
Gostamos muito das instalações do hotel. Muita atividade para adultos e crianças, nos divertimos muito jogando bingo, participando de gincanas, além da quermesse e lual para os adultos e balada kids para os pequenos. Funcionários muito atenciosos, agradeço à todos da equipe do hotel e tbm a equipe de recreação como a tia Sol e tia Lalá que foram maravilhosas com o cuidado dos meus pequenos e as demais meninas que fazem parte do grupo. Além do salva vidas Florismar que me ajudou quando meu filho precisou. O hotel da cortesia free para 4 parques aquáticos da região,fomos apenas em 1 para poder curtir os demais dias no hotel, mas vale super a pena essa cortesia. Café da manhã e jantar farto, adoramos tbm.

3 of 4 family members ended up with food poisoning on the first day after eating in one of their associated parks and their pool bar. Hotel did not want to acknowledge/investigate this and offered no compensation what so ever. So much for hospitality. End of story. Not recommended!

O hotel e muito longe do centro e deixou vários itens a desejar durante a minha estadia como limpeza do apartamento, café da manhã ruim com poucas opções e nada integral, a comida do restaurante também não é boa nada saborosa e nenhum capricho...Não pretendo voltar e nem indicar pra ninguém.

Excelente resort, boa localização, piscinas sempre limpas, apartamento espaçoso. Critica em relação a vazamento no vaso sanitário do banheiro social e portas do apartamento sujas de pasta de dente. A área da frente do apartamento foi jogado resto de comida no segundo dia durante a madrugada, acordamos com a Sujeira lá e ficou até o último dia sem limparem. A comida é boa, porém repete exatamente tudo durante todos os dias. Até o legume, o mesmo: apenas abóbora todos os dias. Só no sábado e domingo que acrescentaram algo novo, mas mantendo o mesmo preparo e corte das carnes, por exemplo. Sobremesas repetidas e não acompanham a qualidade da refeição. Reservamos com pensão completa. Funcionários do hotel prestativos. Apenas a equipe d e recreação deixou a desejar em alguns momentos, não realizando as atividades propostas quando haviam poucas crianças e solta do uma espécie de bombinha entre eles na área de jogos enquanto estávamos usando, gerando riscos.

Atendimento a melhorar.
As acomodações são muito boas, piscinas ótimas, café da manhã muito bom, porém não tive uma boa experiência com alguns funcionários, já na chegada o funcionário que nos atendeu me deu a impressão que não estava satisfeito com seu emprego, atendimento com poucas palavras e nada receptivo, aluguei 2 quartos com quantidade de pessoas diferentes e me passaram os quartos trocados e longe um do outro causando muito transtorno para troca, e outra coisa foi a limpeza, um dos quartos teve a limpeza em dia e o outro quarto não foi limpo nenhum dia.

A estrutura é boa, piscinas boas, porem a alimentação ruim muita variedade porem comida sempre fria e a limpeza dos apartamentos deixa a desejar.
