Thank you very much for taking the time to review your recent stay with us David, we're sorry to hear that this stay didn't live up to your expectations from your previous stay.Upon checking our files we did notice that during your previous stay you had booked our most premium unit category (Beachfront Apartment - Top Floor) whereas this time you chose the lead-in category (Garden View Apartment).Please bear in mid that we are always available in case of any issues and on this. occasion we could've found a more suitable unit for your stay but we do not recall you mentioning anything to us at the time.Nevertheless as our units are individually owned we will pass on your feedback to the owner of the particular unit that you stayed in for consideration.

Thank you for your review Casey, we're glad to hear that you enjoyed the pool & beach during your stay.We are still surprised by the deposit confusion as our policies don't indicate that any deposit would be taken. Our guests booking on Wotif usually have the option of paying Wotif in full at time of booking, or paying the whole amount directly to us at check-in, which was the option you had opted for according to our records.With regards to the outside lights you have been our first guest to mention this being an issue, and after checking with our electrician it seems that we have the option of temporarily disconnecting any that may cause disturbances.As for the lights in the apartment, we have checked them and could not find any faults with them. Please feel free to reach out to us directly in order to provide some additional details so that whatever issue there might be can be addressed by our maintenance team.
