Its such a shame you didn’t bring any of your related comments to the attention of our front desk team members so that these could have been dealt with whilst you were here with us. Upon your departure and receiving your comments I have gone through the room that you were in and have checked the door and this in fact definitely locks, I can guarantee this. The bathroom amenities as you have commented on being only a two in one soap in fact is separate and consisting of a shower gel and a conditioning shampoo. Again we are sorry that you didn’t voice your concerns whilst here with is so that we could have assisted. Take care.

Being a hotel, rather than serviced apartments, we do supply the necessary amenities for short stays including bath wash, shampoo/conditioner, kitchen washing detergent, teatowels etc. We have a coin operated laundry, and a supply of guest amenities such as snack foods, soft drinks, extra toiletries such as toothbrush & toothpaste, sunscreen etc to purchase from Reception. We supply pool towels for guests to use at the swimming pool, and have certainly been busy handing these out lately with the sun now shining.
