Afternoon Maisie. I am sorry your stay was not up to your expectations. We do not leave crockery and cutlery in any of our rooms as we want guests to be comfortable knowing that they are eating off and with items that have been sanitised in our commercial kitchen. These items are replaced as needed. All our rooms have photos accompanying the room selection on the booking website which show the layout, facilities etc in the hope that guests have a realistic expectation when they book a certain room type and not be disappointed.

Wow, you were disappointed. All our rooms have at least 2 additional pillow in the wardrobe for those who like more than one pillow to sleep on. Most of our rooms have smart TV's, which I am not sure were available 30 years ago. I am surprised by your comments regarding the mattress as most of our mattresses are less than a year old. Letting us know of your concerns whilst you are with us or on departure makes it so much easier to identify the room that you are concerned about and for us to rectify the situation. We want our guests to enjoy their stay, if they didn't we would be out of business so giving feedback is extremely important however feedback via a review is extremely frustrating as it is so time consuming to identify what room the review is about.

I am sorry housekeeping did not leave milk in your room, just a quick call to reception on the internal phone and we would have delivered it to your room. All our air-conditioners are checked daily by housekeeping so if it does not work it is often a simple fix such as pushing the key tag down further into the slot inside the door, again, a call to reception usually solves the problem as they are trained in solving the various problems air-conditioners can have.
