The bedroom I thought I had booked was an executive with a separate sitting area, but what I got was a standard double room, which was so cold at night. On telling reception the next morning, I was given an electric heater, but that made the room too hot and had to turn it off and the air very dry. I was also told the thermostat on the radiator hadn't been turned on at night, but I had turned that down in the morning before leaving, as when the heating was on the room was hot/ok.
I also had to find reception staff to check in as there was a private party going on, on the Sunday evening I checked in, and no one left on reception!
I was staying there on business, and there was no proper desk or desk lamp to work with.
Otherwise, as mentioned in the other reviews the hotel's decor is a bit dated and 'tired'. However, staff on the whole were amenable and pleasant and there was a good breakfast provided(at extra cost).
