Accused of having an animal in room we had no animal the room was always wet and were charged extra cleaning money after we had wiped up all water and left it cleaner than we found it .Very dissapointed with our stay and to be charged for something that is not true

I didn’t like the lack of utensils. The unit had a microwave but no plates, bowls or knives forks & spoons. It had one teaspoon & that was it. What is the point of a Microwave with no utensils to eat it with.

The first room we had, had an issue with it and when I contacted reception my son and I were not only moved but upgraded without delay. This was very lucky for us as there was a huge storm the next night and our car was undercover

Standard motel, expectations were met. Exceptionally clean. Unfortunately no late checkin, which should be offered considering it’s a motel (motor-hotel).

The property is very basic. Open area bathroom, very old but functioning facilities. Rooms open directly on street, constant traffic noise. However, Cube connections at each bedside, very convenient, and best pizza in Bundaberg just across the road!

Very basic. TV didn't work and nobody cared. Toilet ran all night. Noisy corner. Breakfast advertised but when we asked we were told they could organise something. We had to pick up a toaster in the office.

you booked a upstairs room on line and we moved you to a downstairs superior room at a lower cost then it should of been. breakfast orders were suppose to be in by 8 the night before and you didnt put 1 in. we had a technical issue with a normal tv channels, your tv was put on you tube on the channel you requested. we tried to accommoadate you in every way possible

Very overpriced room, dated, only 1 lamp working, numerous power sockets not working, very noisy, cockroaches !! Light fitting in the shower ... that cannot be to code!! Relative paid much less for a much nicer room around the corner, that is where we will go if we have to come back. Only good thing was location, as we needed to be near the hospital.

The television didn't work. I requested a different television and they said would be tomorrow. I asked for a partial refund. They said had to talk to their superiors since it was booked online. Whole bathroom was super outdated. Not a 3 star hotel!

We needed a place to stay for the night after a 6 or 7 hour bike ride from Brisbane. Two beds were all we required. The place was perfect. Got dinner from around the corner, sat under covered roof where the bikes parked, enjoying conversation and laughs and a few beers. Management was helpful with kettle replacement and advice on a a diner that moved. Thanks all

I stayed in a room with my son. The shower only had a shower curtain not a door and you had to walk out of the shower into the main area of the unit, no privacy. The fridge reeked of seafood which then permeated onto our water bottles. Didn't get a good nights sleep over the two nights we stayed there due to the police sirens, ambulance sirens due to being in close proximity of the police station and hospital. Other guests very loud both nights annoying other occupants of the rooms. I personally would not stay at this place again.

the fridge was defrosted and cleaned out before you arrived, unfortunately we cannot help what guest put in the fridge.our superior rooms have more privacy, you booked a economy room. there was a accident on the corner and both cars needed to be taken to hospital. thank you for staying with us

Booked an overnight stay for 3 adults so was confirmed a twin share room, double bed and twin single. I was allocated a room with 1 bed. It was raining so having to go back to the reception was an inconvenience, the office said they would send someone with an extra bed for us. Was grateful it wasn’t a fold up bed.
