Lot's of water in the shower area (shower not sealed properly, same goes for the toilet). The door to the room had a big gap at the top of the door so people in the hallway could hear and see in a bit.

The most amazing part of our stay here was the wonderful, warm, friendly, and professional staff. From reception to concierge crew to the breakfast dining staff, it was such an enjoyable experience. Quite frankly, the interactions and engagement of the people at this hotel is the best I have ever encountered!

The BA Marriott was one of the worst experiences I have now. I had convinced my other 2 friends to book this property and they too got the same worst experience and now I lost the credibility. The hotel front is outdated with broken ceiling lights, not cleaned, and is a homeless nest. The front desk staff was not interactive, have to ask questions to know the hotel facilities. The room was one of the worst rooms I have stayed so far in hotels. The linens were cloudly white (not crisp), the wood floor was dirty with gaps, the wallpapers were ripped off, the bathroom door was patched after flood, etc. (too much to point here).

Pesima coordinación con los servicios del hotel. Estube hospedado en el Marriott de Buenos Aires y tuve una experiencia desafortunada con el servicio de recepción. Llamé solicitando un taxi y la señorita con la que hable me confirmo que estaría en 10 minutos. Sin embargo, después de esperar 40 minutos, al bajar a preguntar, el personal de recepción no tenía idea de que se había pedido un taxi. Finalmente, tuve que salir del hotel a buscar un taxi por mí mismo. Es decepcionante enfrentar problemas de comunicación y coordinación en un establecimiento de esta categoría. Espero que puedan mejorar en el futuro o capacitar mejor a su personal.

Did not like the homeless living right next to the hotel but the hotel itself is very nice. Dining room is somewhat boring and without character, ok for breakfast but not for dinner. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Great location! Camila at the front desk was very helpful! We stayed there 3 different times withn 1 week, we went to Iguazu Falls 2 days after our cruise. 1st room was okay, 2nd room was nice on the higher floor but was quite noisy, the room was next to an engine room. When we explained the issue to Camila, she swiched our room to another higher floor with a quiet area. We needed a good night sleep before flying back to Vancouver Canada. Thank you!

Customer service sucks. The guy in the reception had zero customer service skills. Rude, bad mannered and brush clients off when you raise issues. They started maintenance at 7.30 in the morning. When we complained it took them an hour to stop it. When we asked them to give us a quieter room he was extremely rude the way he dealt with us.. Only 2 towels. Every time you use the shower bathroom is flooded. We are a frequent traveler. And this is the worse hotel we ever stayed. They didn’t even bother to change the bedsheet in 3 nights. Waited 2 hours to get towels when we requested. Stay away from this hotel. Staff are definitely not happy working there. They will make sure to make your stay miserable

They used the excuse of being fully booked for a late check-out that we were willing to pay. Then when we checked the website, there were numerous available rooms. Very bad business behavior.

This hotel is perfectly located on Avenida 9 de Julio, steps away from one of the main city attractions the Obelisco and easy access to other key streets like Avenida Corrientes, Cordoba, Carlos Pellegrini. Its just opposite the Porteño Tango theatre and the Teatro Colon. Very nearby, walking distance you can get to the other main attractions like the Plaza de Mayo, Casa Rosada, el Cabildo and the Cathedral. The rooms are well appointed and maintained. Ours featured a sitting area at the entrance, a generous closet with a safe, large toilet & bath/shower area and comfortable king bed, with our window looking right out onto the avenue and the Obelisco. In general staff were helpful and courteous, got us reservations popular restaurants and gave great tips for things to do and places to see

Pillows were so bad (puffy polyester) that I was using towels as a pillow to fall asleep. Rooms are noisy. One nights we had people in adjutant room who talked loud until 4 a.m. and we could not sleep. Rooms are small. Overall not worth the money when compared to other "of brand" places. However, lobby is very nice and hotel people are very helpful, nice and friendly. Place needs improvement. People are excellent and do their best but cannot overcome hotel infrastructure deficiencies.
