Very expensive for the condition of the hotel. The TV picture was dim and couldn't be adjusted. The beds were small and not hotel quality. The toilet seat was not attached firmly to the toilet. The bath/shower knobs were not firmly connected. I have had more than 100 stays in a Holiday Inn and this was probably the most expensive and the poorest experience.

Due to flight delay we arrived @ 12:30 am and all dining options were closed, no minibar in room and no vending machines. We had paid for breakfast but we left the next morning @ 06:00 for an early flight without any because the hotel could not arrange an early breakfast or even a box breakfast! The hotel is the closest one to Buenos Aires’ large international airport so it should be organized for late arrivals and departures but sadly it was not at all. On top of this the sink in our bedroom had only cold water

Property is beautiful. Room set up very basic, tea but no coffee, styrofoam cup (1), 2 bath towels. Kind of expensive for the lack of amenities.

I did not like that we had to ask for towels for a third member in our group We were very tired and the hotel knew there would be 3 people staying in our room. I like Holiday Inn because of the nice free breakfast and the gentleman the night before said it was included. After we got our breakfast there was a woman who approached us and said breakfast was not included except for members. After we spent a good amount of time looking for our member # they said we hadn’t earned enough points. They did let us check out late which was nice because our flight wasn’t until night. The rooms were very spacious and clean.

Room was ok but airport transfer failed to pick us up from the airport as the bus was already full. Italian restaurant serves huge portions of pasta so better to have one portion between 2! View out of the room was a petrol station and some bins. A bit overpriced for what it is but at least close (ish) to the airport

The AC doesn’t work well. This is my third time there during the summer and even though the hotel lobby and dinning areas are cool, the rooms are extremely hot even with the AC on low. Considering it was 40 degrees Celsius and for the price of the hotel, I was expecting a better cooling system. Aside from that the rest was perfect.

On first floor far end. Loud “band-type” music until 11:00PM (2300). No bath tub plug; no operating TV until next AM, no ice bucket (have to get ice from bar downstairs); no coffee service until requested (supposed to be provided); extremely dirty exterior windows; no USB outlets. Would expect better at an international airport hotel. Decent buffet breakfast! Airport shuttle good. Restaurant TBD tonight! No local restaurant options. On very busy highway.

One of the worst experiences ever
We have been waiting for check in for over 7 hours. Initially they told us that our room will be ready in two hours , but they kept adding time until we had enough and asked to talk to the manager. They found the room almost immediately. We waisted so much time when we could have gone to Buenos Aires instead. The worst part they did not assign the spot in the shuttle without the room number and failed to inform us, so we did not get it on the time we wanted and had to go at 3 am to the airport . I asked them to reserve a taxi ( and was willing to pay ) but they said they do not do it ahead of time. The wake up call did not happen as well . It is a very disappointing experience. I do not think this location respect their customers. They treated us very badly and rudely.

Hotel building is old and surrounded with very different equipments such as electric generators, HVAC fridges in the room and the local noisy guests These equipments make constant noise unbearable and effect the sleeping Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable Shuttle runs efficiently Stuff at Reception was helpful but almost no speaks English!!

Everyone was nice and helpful, but there was miscommunication about the shuttle. We had planned to stay there for a few hours because of a delayed flight, but only stayed one hour because of trouble with their free airport shuttle. We called three times from airport and were told the shuttle was there or coming in 15 minutes. We waited over an hour. Since the shuttle only runs once per hour, we also checked out much earlier than planned. If you’re in a rush, a taxi is probably better than free shuttle.

The room had: no hair dryer, no voltage converters, no clothes hangers, no clear instructions about using the house phone.No printed infromation regarding the neighborhood's stores and their location. Only two plastic cups were available. There were no vending machines or other means to purchase snacks; you have to walk next door to a gas station to get any. The room service menu required a QR code entry, was limited, and was unclear about what you were actually buying---is that price for a glass of wine or a bottle of wine? A "todo al dias" menu item (a burger) was NOT available when we tried to order it. On the plus side: staff were friendly and efficient; when we asked for missing items they produced them. The airport shuttle service was very good. The rooms were very clean. The staff allowed a no-charge late checkout. The restaurants were excellent.

We booked and received confirmation for King Size Bed On arrival this was unavailable and ended up with two beds. Early evening extremely loud music could be heard outside and this continued most of the evening Eventually we asked for a room change which was granted.

1. At checkin given a key for room already occupied by someone else. Fortunately they were not in the room but all their luggage was. Then given key to another room which did not work. Third try finally got into an unoccupied room 2. They have a shuttle but impossible to use from airport to hotel. Tried contacting them day prior to find out and then again unsuccessfully from airport at arrival. Ended up taking a cab. Was able to book shuttle back to airport from hotel for next morning

We were at the hotel for one night before an early flight and the shuttle service was very convenient. We enjoyed dinner at the Italian restaurant at the hotel.

I asked for complimentary water the reception said go the bar and buy….otherwise there’s a store outside and you can buy it cheaper. This is a basic need. The housekeeper said not safe to drink faucet water. I’m upset. 10 days before ,complimentary water was avialable . Shifting policies, not good.
