The property was located in a great neighborhood. Severalcafes, restaurants, shops of various types. The neighborhood felt safe and people were friendly.

Once we had arrived and arranged for keys and entry pad, getting into and out of the building was a snap. Contacts with management good. It was clean but Spartan. Thus not encouraged to do any cooking. Is located in an interesting neighborhood. Felt safe at night but lacked large markets to shop at.

The concept is ApartHotel. Room cleaning is extra $25 dollars and has to be pre-arranged. Extra towels also had to be requested and paid in dollars not pesos. The toilet seat was old and discolored. There were cracks in the bath ceiling and the bath door’s bottom had signs of damage. Unlike other Apart hotels in the country, breakfast is not included.

Clean and attentive but no reception desk
I was surprised there was no reception desk. Although there wasn’t a 24 hour reception area, they were very attentive to all my messages. I didn’t like walking into an empty building at night. They did not have housekeeping services. And the last night before I was checking out, I ran out of toilet paper and I could not call them in the middle of the night. I probably would not stay here again because of these things if I were traveling alone. However it’s a very clean place and the price was right. The heating made a very loud noise but I needed to keep it on because it was cold out. The neighborhood is very nice and the restaurant on the corner, Los Pinos, was great.

Great budget friendly small hotel
This is a very small apart hotel. Two apt suites on each floor serviced by two separate elevators so you step off into your own foyer outside your suite. We had a one bedroom suite, very spacious with small kitchen and dining area off a nice sized living room, good sized bedroom and closet with safe, nice bathroom, balcony. Very clean and comfortable with good housekeeping service. In a nice and convenient neighborhood of Recoleta with some good neighborhood restaurants very close by and only a few blocks from the more trendy Recoleta Cemetary area. There is no real lobby, just a couple of couches and a concierge on duty 24 hrs. We visit BA every year. The value for the price is excellent. Only con is the furnishings are starting to show some wear and tear, but still very comfortable and inviting.

I have stayed at this hotel four times and I love it each time! It’s in a lovely neighbourhood and the staff are friendly and helpful! The apartment is spacious and also the location is good for exploring Buenos Aires! It’s close to two metro stations and also within walking distance of Recoleta Cemetery, El Ateneo, MALBA and Museo de Belle Artes. Also safe and quiet!

Family suite
Excellent set up in apartment style hotel. Nothing fancy. Suite was well suited for family of four. Two bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, living room, & balcony. Clean with a few minor issues. Location was fairly convenient to the Subte (metro). Not far from Recoleta Cemetery & heart of Recoleta. Lots of shopping nearby. Staff was friendly. 24 hr. security. Well priced.

Great location, friendly front-desk staff. But the property itself is spare and aging. It is clean and comfortable enough, though. However the pics are a little deceiving. It's not quite so modern or pristine.

Not as nice as expected.
The pictures of the apartment at your site show a much nicer place that what it is. I found the apartment badly maintained with dirty walls, the door handle to the outside kitchen door (and escape route to the stairs) fell off and almost no decorations and what was there was very cheap. The views were of dirty rooftops, the TV in the room antique and the wi-fi stopped working after the first day.

Very reasonable price and great for families. We came as a large group and stayed in three separate apartments. All were spacious and comfortable. It isn’t fancy, but is entirely suitable and in a great and safe area. We would definitely stay there again!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has the benefits of staying in an apartment but with the bass free environment of a hotel. The Roma are big, right and clean. The furniture in the living room needs to be updated. The couch has seen other days. But other than that, it was very comfortable, the door man and cleaning ladies were very polite and helpful, and the location is great.

The pictures in the booking showed newer spaces. It is more like an airbnb than an apart hotel. There isn't even a bathroom in the "lobby". Reception and cleaning staff was very nice. Overall was ok: clean and spacious, well located; but we were expecting (from the pictures) something a little different.

Excellent value for the price and very comfortable
This is a small, very comfortable boutique serviced apartment hotel in the center of Recoleta, one of the safest and nicest parts of Buenos Aires. By local standards, this place was really nice and extremely secure, and we felt it was a superb value for the cost, given that we were in a two-bedroom apartment. The furnishings were relatively new, tasteful, comfortable and in great condition. It was relatively spacious. The living area was terrific. The master bedroom was a nice size. The second bedroom was just big enough for the two twin beds, with only a bit of room to maneuver. Lots of closet space throughout. It's in a great, convenient location to everything you need. Incredibly, it has central air conditioning, which worked great. The main drawback was the kitchen - it was terrific for basics, but you wouldn't want to do much serious cooking. Gas stove and oven had to be lit with a match, and pots/pans were sparse and not that nice. Refrigerator and freezer are a nice size. The kitchen is the main reason for a four and not a five in rating. Another weakness was shower water pressure, but that could have been an anomaly. I noticed one review that complained about unlocked back door to service area. Ignore that comment and just be sure to lock both the front and back doors - standard for apartments in this city. If it had a better kitchen, we'd live there for our entire multi-month stay in the area. (The kitchen is perfectly fine for shorter stays.)

Spacious apartment in safe Recoleta.
As Senior travellers we now appreciate room to relax, unwind and put our feet up after a day walking & exploring. Art Suites was the perfect place. Herman’s warm welcome on arrival set the tone for a wonderful stay. During our 8 days there Herman was a marvellous source of information, happy to answer our questions & research anything he was unsure of. 8B, our apartment was spacious, well furnished & spotless. Yes the Kitchen is small, but how much time do you spend there??? The equipment is basic, but enough. There is a small refrigerator, a microwave & a 2 burnet has hot plate. The living room is large, the bedroom also & it has a small closet with shelving & hanging space. There is a reasonable ensuite. The linen was crisp and the towels fluffy. The apartment was serviced daily by two cheerful ladies. The was a decent balcony large enough to stretch a line & hang out your washing, just like the neighbours. Being at the back of the building it was very quiet. Wi Fi was excellent. There are many restaurants in the area. Happy Hour at the Pizza restaurant diagonally across the road was a great way to wind down after a day out. There is s huge supermarket down French street a block & a half away. As well as a small one right next door.

Great hotel in centre of town & attractions.
Most of the staff spoke good English & all of them were very helpful. The suites are in a great location, with reliable wifi & good TV reception. The rooms were air-conditioned, with excellent showers & a basic kitchen to prepare your own meals if you wanted. The only problem we found was that the taxi drivers confused the Art Suites, with the nearby Arts Hotel!
