Convenient and clean. However, a few things didn't work e.g. air con. and safe. Also no concierge, so taxi booking quite difficult for non Spanish speakers. Good for the price though.

Nice budget hotel in the city centre, near Recoleta. Underground station and shops/restaurants just round the corner. I like the art touch of the room and the whole hotel. Cleanliness and facilities - all good. Very recommended!

:) Artist feel and heritage property preserved. :) Nice little touches such as nail filers, more hanging hooks and racks than most hotels, white towels that feel clean, built in hair dryers that some hotels do not have. :) Good water supply from shower. :) Helpful staff :( Water leaks on floor after shower :] Would be nice if there is a little kettle and a mug for a cup of self made tea in room. Overall, very pleasant stay, would recommend and book again next time.

This is a pretty paireddown hotel maybe more for students than leisure travelers. Breakfast was very basic- coffee and fruit in charmless dining room. Bedrooms clean but minimalist.

Nice hotel conveniently situated in the Recoleta area (close to the famous cemetery and the domestic airport) and excellent value. The staff are very helpful. Average breakfast for Argentina. However, the hotel is old and past its best. My bedroom was adequate but poorly lit. The bathroom sink was damaged and it took ages for the water to run through. No minibar.

Pretty hotel with fun giant keys and wacky doors. Mold on the bathroom walls. Said they have transport service, didn't say it's an extra fee so that was an argument when we got to the airport. Nice area. Kind staffing.

Lovely neighborhood, close to many restaurants
Could walk to many sites. Close to subway, taxis, buses, as well. Would definitely recommend.

Great place
Great staff, very unique hotel, cool artwork and roof terrace. Basic continental breakfast was nice and good wifi. Stayed 6 nights and the people who gave negative reviews about the room size are whingers - we had a small room and it was fine!! It's in a great area, very safe and walking distance to Recoleta cemetery. Short taxi to any sight or restaurant

comfortable and charming
Rooms have very high ceilings and grand old doors. Comfortable and fairly modern. Nice public spaces, ok breakfast. Caution: some of the rooms, while nice, have windows only into an inner courtyard and are dark. Be sure to ask for a room facing out. Some of these have small balconies. Convenient location. Would stay there again.

Pleasant Stay
Overnight In Buenos Aires. Chose this hotel due to proximity of neighbourhood. Pleasant surprise..owner has taken a lot of attention to retain character of the building. Breakfast very good. Staff helpful and 'cosy room' adequate. Good shower.

Great location, excellent service
I stayed here for 7 days and greatly enjoyed it. Perfect for what I was looking for -- an affordable place in a great location. The Recoleta neighborhood had been recommended as a safe place for a solo traveler, and this was in walking distance to all the sights as well as close to a subway stop (which most Recoleta hotels cannot say). Other benefits: staff was friendly and helpful, wifi worked well, shower was awesome, and breakfast was included. Would stay here again!

Nice boutique hotel in Recoleta
We had a lovely stay at Art Hotel. Its tucked away in a Recoleta neighborhood that is very charming. We stayed in a room on the top floor with access to a roof deck. The room was small but very charming and comfortable with a nice cafe on the lower level.

Nice hotel, friendly and English-speaking staff.
And good location, pleasant neighborhood, nice breakfast. They won't help you with changing at the blue rate though. The wifi was OK but not super-reliable.

Very dissapoing
Room was very basic. 2 star hotel. 2 guys at the day shift reception were very helpfull and friendly. This was the only postive thing with the hotel. The power was off in the morning we were checking out. No body helped us carrying two pieces of luggage four floors down. Very poor lighting and very depressing all over. The hotel needs painting and renovations.

This hotel was wonderful. The room was small but had great character. Our room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful and gave great recommendations. Breakfast was also wonderful. We really enjoyed the location of the hotel.

Charming Hotel in a Good Location
We enjoyed staying at the A Hotel. The location in Recoleta was very good for us - an easy walk to the Recolta Cemetery and short taxi rides to other sights. We liked the look of the hotel, and especially enjoyed the art displayed throughout the lobby. We took lots of photos of the hotel. Our room on the 4th floor was very charming and really cozy the one night it rained. The staff was helpful, quickly responding to any request we had - laundry, extra pillows, directions, getting a car to take us to the airport. They also emailed us in advance to see if we needed transportation to the hotel.

Great location, comfortable hotel
This hotel offers a great location in the Recolete area close to major shopping and eating streets. The hotel itself is quaint, room was clean and all I needed was provided. My only complaint was that I rang the hotel before I arrived asking for their assistance with a tour I had booked before leaving Australia. However because I had booked the tour with another company the hotel would not help me. Other than that it was a great location and satisfactory room.

Great hotel in Buenos Aires
We received a suggestion from a local tour guide for this hotel, and made our reservation. We were looking for a classic type property, in a good neighborhood where one could walk about at night without worry. This hotel fit the bill to a T. We disembarked our ship at 10 AM,and were at the hotel at 10:45. Our room was not ready, and we had four bags to drop off. So we sat in the comfy lobby and used their free WiFii (excellent connection), and caught up on our email. Before we knew it, our room was ready, and our bags had been moved to it. The room is typical European, small but everything is there. The included breakfast was a bit of a change from a cruise ship breakfast, but they have something for everyone. We spent three days exploring the city, and were always happy to return to our room. Every evening we set out on foot to explore the local dining options, and there are plenty, returning on foot, with never a concern for our safety. Wonderful place to base yourself, three blocks from the subway, taxis passing the hotel constantly. We used the subway quite a bit as well as taxis. The actual charge to our credit card turned out lower than our reservation quote. Wonderful place.

AttNo es culpa del hotel, ni de Expedia, que usted no haya podido modificar una reserva, la plataforma es muy simple de usar, y más allá de eso, hay un soporte técnico por parte de la empresa, que podría haberlo ayudado como corresponde. Tuvo tiempo para comunicarse con Expedia, y hacer las cosas bien, pero no, pretendía que el hotel, le resolviera todo al momento del check in. No funciona de ésta manera, hay una política de cancelación y se le explicó al momento de cobrar la estadía. Sinceramente, gente como usted, no suma, evaluar mal un hotel, por un error puramente suyo? Hizo la reserva, por una plataforma que no entendió, y encima tener la soberbia, de echarle la culpa al hotel? Totalmente ridículo. Por suerte, no solemos tener huéspedes como usted.Saludos,
