The front desk person was very accomodating, unfortunately we just weren't happy with the actual room. It was not cleaned very well. We switched rooms 2 times before booking at another hotel in the area. The rooms can use some upgrading, however a thorough cleaning would help as an immediate solution.

Waiting to give Management a chance to rectify the situation. We extended our stay and they came into the room unannounced.

Rooms are small and dated. Nice lobby lounge and bar, ok pool area.

I understand we are in a pandemic, however, TOO FEW staff to accommodate guests. The whole point of staying in a hotel like this one, is to be taken care of. There was no room service.. restaurant service was poor.,there was no cleaning service in the room.. it was a struggle to find staff for whatever you needed!!

Paid for 4night, checked in at the hotel. didn’t like the room because it’s outdated. i called expedia but they never refunded me

The self parking deck is very far from the property. I paid for parking in my rate, which turned out to be self parking, and the deck was off the property. A friends son escorted me in the evening but I had to retrieve my car early the next morning and I was very uncomfortable. I will not stay there again, simply because of that, unless I valet park, especially if I’m traveling alone. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice, bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly.
