When having a shower water running into bathroom floor which is a slip hazard. Had to put towels on floor to soak up all the water on the floor.. bed to hard for me.

Property is very modern. Revolves around being a gym and sports bar. Tends to be noisy. Rooms are small but adequate. Basically clean but could do with more thorough clean as places quite messy. Disappointed as we stayed two nights and our room wasn’t cleaned or serviced. We returned late evening and had to ask for towels which were delivered but no housekeeping available. Not a cheap hotel therefore service disappointing. Check in staff very helpful and friendly.

Good to have an indoor pool and sauna when in a short break in uk. Starbucks on site however nit the quickest service. Restaurant in hotel good staff very friendly and helpful. Good selection of drinks however limited selection of food burgers etc. Unfortunately location not best my fault for not doing research. You can hear the traffic and nothing in walking distance to do. The receptionist was very helpful and organised late checkout for me. All team members at hotel very friendly and helpful.

Won’t be staying again
Small depressing rooms, in need of a deep clean. There was a buzzing noise coming from around the air conditioning unit which went through the night, even though not in use which was just as well as it appeared to have last been cleaned years ago.

Good stay, would visit again.
Good trip, sauna and gym were decent. Good food. Not a lot of choice for breakfast but the coffee was an absolute buster! Would definitely stay again. Only thing is the rooms are small, no good for family really. They are one person rooms, two at a push. But saying that, there were lots of couples.

Slightly odd hotel where you have to check in yourself and the bathroom is just behind a glass screen! But staff were friendly and helpful, excellent multi-channel TV and free WiFi, tea making facilities and great toiletries. They did forget to check/refill the soap/shower gel bottles and the tea/sugar but were quick to respond when asked. Parking confusing - machine inside door implies you have to put your reg in but then told we didn't as it was free anyway? We didn't eat but the restaurant/bar were very busy with Christmas parties both nights! But we didn't hear anything in our room and the bed was very comfortable - would return at a decent rate.

There's a great energy about this place. So many amenities for gym, spa, pub/grill, even a Starbucks to begin the day. It seems like the locals like it, which is a great recommendation for international travelers! Was a great beginning to our UK visit.

Very nice room. Clean. Everything was modern and upto date. During our stay the aircon unit started to leak during the night which was slightly annoying but reported to reception on leaving.
