Hi David,Unfortunately your review is disappointing and I'll respond in a way that points out our processes to others reading this review.We have an extremely good front desk team here and in turn really good communication and avenues for communication. - Before you got to the ability to leave a voicemail, there was a prompt to press 9 to go through to the after hours team- Beside the door where you dropped the key was an after hours phone which is signed- Jasmin called you back the next morning and we didn't hear back- You and your partner had already pulled the car out before you made the phone call meaning that you had already made the decision to leaveI fully understand booking somewhere that doesn't fit what you're after for the night, we've all been there. Our prices reflect that we are not a brand new building, but we are in a great location with spacious rooms and a great team.In regards to the specific room, we did not see or smell any issues the following day, however we would have definitely been obliging and checked it on the night and offered you a room move. Again, we were simply not provided the opportunity to show you another room.
