Really happy with the hotel and the staff. My only complaint was the shower head which was terrible, like being sprayed with a hose. Worst shower ever.

Recently refurbished, pleasant fit out. Bed very comfortable, quiet, free parking (but need some more spaces), dining available nearby in Racecourse Rd. Staff excellent, very helpful. Only odd thing is the taps, which combine water pressure plus water temperature in one fitting, which probably wastes water. Am likely to stay again.

Only stayed one night. Reception was excellent, car parks really tiny, would love to see a few sport channels?, pretty much a standard these days?. Value was good, easy walk to numerous eateries

It was very modern and clean, comfortable bed. Great hotel to stay for one or two nights. Not fussed on a shower curtain and bath was too deep. Staff were friendly, and it was great to have a cafe at property for breakfast. Good location for restaurants, only a short walk to them.

Affordable and comfortable small airport hotel.
Always lovely and helpful reception. Small but totally fine room with door to a small balcony with neighbourhood views. Some rooms can be noisy but we love the back rooms. They are perfect for pre and post airport arrivals. Nearby selection of cafes and restaurants all walking distance to the hotel.

We found our experience to be a very positive one. Our room was very pleasant with a great view of Portside. It’s location to shops and restaurants is a 5 minute walk which makes it very convenient. The staff were also very welcoming. I give happily give five stars.

Parking not ideal for larger vehicles . Staff extremely friendly and helpful . Room service easy. Room was clean and serviceable given its small size. The only issue was the bed, extremely hard and uncomfortable which meant no sleep.

Really nice a shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Provided nice slippers. Enjoyed having included tea, coffee water and biscuits for a quick breakfast before leaving if you need to leave early. Liked being able to check out easily by dropping in room card, without hassle.

The property was clean and staff were nice, free parking is a bonus. The bed was quite hard and the shower head is one I imagine would be in a prison or pool change room with pressure shooting down akin to a spa jet, just enough not to break the skin but enough to make you itchy after a minute of use.

Perfect little property! The rooms are exactly as the pictures show - spacious, very clean and modern with everything considered. Well located only a short drive from the airport. This property exceeded my expectations for a quick overnight stay.

This is a very attractive boutique hotel in Hamilton, where there are a lot of hotels that serve travelers near the Brisbane International Airport. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Ok for a night before flying out. Didn't have the best nights sleep though as the traffic was fairly non stop and my pillow was too big. Staff was great, she let us have our take away in the bar area quite late in the evening.
